    Amazing gym family! I joined the 6 week challenge, and although I did not meet the final requirements - I still came out a winner! I'm stronger in not only my body, but my mind and most importantly my spirit has been lifted! After a difficult start to this year, I came across the 6-week challenge and the coaches, staff and fellow challengers have been such an inspiration to me to get myself back on track. I am blessed to be able to add the coaches at Fit Method 4:13 to my circle of friends and now gym family!

    FIT Method is an amazing workout experience! The trainers are excellent and have a ton of energy. JT and his staff have given me the nutritional tools to hit my goals. In 6 weeks I couldn't have imagined the gains that I have achieved and I couldn't have done any of it on my own.

    If you: Don’t like strength training, Don’t know what to do at the gym, Don’t like big gyms, Don’t like crowds at gyms, Then you need this gym!!!! I am a private client at the gym. It is never crowded. I don’t have to figure out my own workout.(They create workouts to suit my needs/goals.) I have an appointment that makes me get myself there and gives me accountability. I see great results. Easy. Done. Call them now to get results. It is worth the investment to look good, feel good, and to be healthy! (Not to mention that they are really great people.)

    FIT Method 4:13 has been so amazing for my health and overall well being. The experience is one with a very personal touch. Every coach is knowledgeable and takes pride in knowing my physical abilities to help me reach my goals. This gym has been exactly what I have needed. With small circuit group training I get an incredible workout. When they had to close their physical doors due to COVID19 they moved quickly to setup very well done online LIVE workouts which have been amazing. Thank you FIT Method 4:13!! Fantastic personal gym!

    Best gym in Tampa! I've been working out for years, but Fit Method 413 helped take my workouts to the next level. It's been 9 months since I started working out there and the results are amazing. If you want results, Fit Method 413 is where you must go! JT and his trainers are very attentive and knowledgeable. It's not just about the workouts. They focus on healthy eating, and will provide you with the knowledge to make the right decisions when it comes to the food you eat. I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to Fit Method 413!

    I took the leap of faith and decided to hop on the 6 week challenge bandwagon (after gaining 30 pounds in a year) and let me tell you, after just the first week I noticed a difference. My clothing fit better, I felt better. Even as the weeks went on, others began noticing the difference as well - coworkers, family members, neighbors, friends. Through it all my favorite part by far is the workouts. Not only do the coaches know each and everyone one of us by name and go above and beyond to help, but not once was a circuit round ever a repeat of another day. You get just the right amount of time at each station and what is great is that you do three rounds of each circuit allowing you to perfect the exercise even more with each time around. I would 100% recommend FIT Method to anyone. Most positive gym/workout experience I have ever been a part of. Go check it out!

    Fit Method 413’s fitness team and the classes are challenging but not discouraging:) The six week challenge was well structured and easy to follow. And if I did have any questions or concerns they were answered right away. I recommend this program/fitness group to anyone who is looking to get back on track with a healthy lifestyle or even someone just starting their journey to health. This is now my fitness home.

    I have absolutely fallen in love with FIT Method 4:13! The culture at this gym is amazing. From the moment you walk in, you feel accepted, supported, and challenged! Each workout is different, planned ahead of time, and designed to challenge you. The coaches are awesome too, always supportive, yet ready to push you out of your comfort zone...in a good way ;) So thankful for JT as well, who will personally walk you through questions and times of stalling out. What a GREAT place, I'm so thankful I found FIT Method 4:13, I highly recommend!

    I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join this gym. I initially signed up for the six week challenge and it totally transformed me. I haven’t been in this good of shape for years. The staff is super knowledgeable and supportive. It’s a small gym and I liked feeling like I was being held accountable because the coaches get to know you. In the past it was easy to slack with diet and exercise because I was always willing to short change myself. If you want to change how you look and feel and are willing to commit you should come join us.

    I've been coming to this gym for about 6 months and it's been great! I really like the tailored, small group personal training classes because they are challenging and generate real results. What I like about FitMethod 413 is that you can never become a lazy gym robot because the workouts change every day. You don’t just get to pick the easy exercises you like, and the trainers encourage you to lift heavier weights (within reason). That is why I think it’s worth it to pay for a membership to this gym, rather than just coasting by at some other gym, or going to a group fitness class that’s so crowded you can cut corners because the trainer won’t notice. Another thing I like about this gym is that a lot of the exercises are compound moves, so (for example) instead of just doing a squat or a bicep curl, you will do a squat with a bicep curl. You can feel that these are better exercises that give you more results for your time in the gym. And it’s helpful to have a trainer on hand to assist with form. For someone that’s trying to lose weight or new to working out, I think this would be a good gym because there is nutritional coaching in the unlimited membership, and that accountability of balancing your workout and your food intake is helpful. Also, everyone here is super approachable, knowledgeable, and encouraging. 😊

The classes are just the right size and accommodating to fit any schedule. I have been working out at FIT Method for about a year now and I have gained strength, muscle tone, and weight loss by following the individualized nutrition plan and exercise workouts provided by the coaches at FIT Method 413. I highly recommended FIT Method 413 to anyone looking to make a life style change to becoming healthy. You will not be disappointed.

    This is a great gym. I really enjoyed the 6 week challenge. The circuit style classes keep you moving and the time flies by. The coaches are awesome. They are super encouraging and push you to challenge yourself! If your looking for something to give you a jump start into a healthier lifestyle, I highly recommend trying FitMethod.

    Joining FIT Method 413 was the best choice I ever made. I absolutely love it. The trainers are awesome and the workouts are super intense. At the end of every workout I always feel a great sense of accomplishment. Moreover, upon joining FIT Method 413 I was given an entire nutrition plan. By being consistent with the workouts and following the nutrition plan I achieved amazing results. Suddenly my weight loss goals don't seem so far away anymore. I would recommend anybody to join. It is amazing!
