    I love this training centerā€¦ Itā€™s the perfect spot in South Tampa and Iā€™m so happy I found Marja my Trainer! The best trainer And one of the best people Iā€™ve met all around! Iā€™ve been recovering from injury for a few years and Marja was wonderful guided me through different exercises so I would reinsure myselfā€¦. Not to mention I look great! And the owner Jared was very communicative!

    Started working out with Stephen a couple months ago and I couldnā€™t recommend it more. Stephen is very knowledgeable and is continually mixing in new workouts to keep sessions interesting. I have seen significant improvement in my strength and endurance since Iā€™ve started, and I look forward to going to every session!

    Working out can be intimidating, especially for first timers. The trainers and facilities at UST make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I look forward to coming and leaving with a sense of accomplishment. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable and personable. As someone with a busy schedule, I also appreciate the flexible schedule and open communication that I have with the trainers here.

    Jared was highly recommended to me by friends and has been an outstanding trainer. His workouts are very organized beforehand, targeted and efficient. What I really like is that he specifically avoids any exercises that will put strain on my joints, so I am able to achieve maximum results without sacrificing my body's long term health. The studio is always very clean, sanitized, and private. Definitely worth checking out if you want to achieve your fitness goals in a professional and safe environment.

    Started training with Jared 3 month ago and the progress for 3/30min sessions a week is amazing. Jared is truly is there for your fitness journey. For those with a busy schedules and cant spend hours in the gym, you can achieve the same or better results with UST's program. Best training experience I have had and look forward to future results.

    Just finished week 6!!! 3x/week (45 min session) plus cardio 3-4x/week on my own. Itā€™s been tough work but have felt supported and encouraged throughout by my excellent trainer!!! Iā€™m down 2 inches and 6 pounds and can definitely feel/see muscle definition. Very pleased w/ the results. Definitely recommend this amazing studio and the trainers!!

    I work out with Stephen and have nothing but great things to say. He is very personable and has a very good sense of humor. The workouts he plans are phenomenal and the 30 minute sessions are jam packed and there is no wasted time. The facilities are top notch and well maintained. I canā€™t recommend UST enough.

    I travel around for work 3 months at a time and was newer to personal training. My personal trainer Stephen was amazing. He helped me make some tremendous goals in just the few months I was there, started out with only using 10-15 lbs, left consistently using 30-40lbs with each dumbbell. He was also able to work around my crazy nurse schedule to make sure I was able to get in the days each week!

    Jared is a great trainer. His workouts are creative, and even our 30min sessions are intense. The facilities and equipment are also top notch. Definitely worth the time to drop by and visit with him!

    Outstanding new training studio with brand new equipment and awesome trainers. Jared is always upbeat and energetic with challenging workout routines that keep you progressing towards your goals.... I've lost 40# in 6 months with Jared!! It's highly recommend him and the new studio!!

    I love the one-on-one aspect of their training program. I feel like we get so much done in just 30 minutes, and I still see results in my body. Everyone that works here is so friendly it makes the whole place very home-y. I highly recommend UST for personal training!

    I started training at UST personal training in the first week of May 2021. I got in touch with Jared to see if he could help me with a transformation plan post the covid-19 lockdown and me not going to the gym. Jared then referred me to Steve who is one of the personal trainers here. In my initial consultation with Steve, I expressed my goals and asked him how realistic they are to achieve. Steve then worked with me and noted all my injuries, asked me if I had a diet plan and what other workouts I am doing. Gave me a realistic timeline about what is achievable and what is not, and educated me on the process of reaching out my goals. Here are some numbers. May 1st 2021 - Weight - 187 pounds, body weight percentage - 22% October 2nd 2021 - Weight - 159 pounds, body weight percentage - 8% Under Steve's guidance I saw consistent results. It has to be noted that during this transformation time, I also moved from one place to another which was pretty stressful, but Steve was patient with me, gave me the required motivation and helped me to not be too hard on myself. Steve strategically advanced my strength training because I showed up with my previous injuries and I am pretty adamant that I do not want to give up on any flexibility I have during the process of strengthening and conditioning my muscles. Steve took into consideration my injuries, my goals, my other workouts, my diet plan and all other required factors. I highly recommend Steve and UST personal training. Here, you will find true fitness coaches who will be the catalysts to turn your health and your fitness levels in the right direction and will be there to support you through out your journey.

    Iā€™ve been training with Stephen for about 7 months now and itā€™s been life changing! As someone who needs to stick to a schedule, personal training was a great option for me. Itā€™s even better that I get a whole room of equipment all to myself. Stephen pushes you just enough without making you uncomfortable and makes sure Iā€™m challenging myself to my standards. 10/10!

    Kelsey is amazing! She was so helpful, clear, and patient in teaching me all the techniques. Her experience in exercise science and nutrition really showed during our sessions. I learned something new every time. She is truly the best and such a great person!

    I was recommended to Stephen by a close friend about two months ago. From the first session, heā€™s been a stand out. The entire staff is friendly and inviting, but Stephen has become my partner in fitness. He understands his clientsā€™ goals and motivates you to push yourself to be the best you can. He has single-handedly brought my fitness journey to the next level and has made me excited to reach new levels every week. Despite my (misguided) fear of weight lifting, I began seeing the results I had been striving for after just 7 sessions. When I started training with Stephen, my plan was to stick around for just a month to get back into working out. Iā€™m coming up on month 3 and canā€™t imagine going back to a regular gym! If youā€™re looking for a coach, gym buddy, or friend to help out with your fitness journey, Stephen is your guy!
