On September 2021 I purchase Jordan 1 for my younger son. Paid 386 dollars. On March 2022 sneaker ripped at seem. One would expected better quality for such an expensive sneakers. When back to store with original receipt for and exchange and they refuse to give and exchange and said there’s nothing they could do. At this point I believe their sneakers to be fake. Don’t waste your money here. No guarantee on your purchase. Go to flight club or buy from a reputable sneaker dealer. Their sneakers are made in China and are Either fake or really bad quality. Save yourself a headache and buy somewhere else!!!!

Totally recommended this sneaker store! I’ve been wanting Yeezy 350s for so long but never knew what size I was or what the color really looked like. This store had so many colors to see in person and helped me figure out my size! I bought the Oreo 350s and the cutest essentials sweatshirt to go with it!!

They have a great selection of shoes as well as clothing The best streetwear and kicks in town!! It’s like a candy store for shoes.

CHRISTMAS SAVED! The manager Alex is by far one of the best managers I’ve ever had the pleasure conversing with. I had an issue with an order and he took time after work hours to get to the bottom of it and resolve it for me! Now my Christmas gift for my gf will arrive on time! Before you write this store off based on the and reviews pop in and just ask for Alex. He truly has passion for he does. I can’t say the same for other locations nationwide.

If I could give 0 stars I would— after being gifted a pair of shoes for my birthday in May (which my husband was assured could be exchanged/refunded “no problem”) that needed to be returned because they didn’t fit the store issued store credit in the form of a gift card. BUT the best part despite having multiple locations+website you can only purchase the shoes/sizes they have available in the store at the time you’re there. So going on 6 months with still no shoes—multiple visits to the store in person to check availability+sizes, multiple efforts talking to management who were going to “call another store and get them shipped” all with no follow up. Customer service is ridiculous, management sitting on the couch on their phone when customers need assistance and lies told to our faces multiple times when asking about ordering shoes. Do not recommend.

They were really helpful with finding my sizes in shoes. I ended buying three pairs of shoes and I love them all. Definitely recommend going to one of there locations.

I went to the store and the assistant manager gave me his number to send him a list of shoes to sell, no response. I called the store and a female employee answered and said they were interested in all of them as they are good shoes, told me to text the same assistant manager and he will respond . No response and it’s been weeks, if you want to sell shoes go anywhere but here, horrible communication.
