What a raciest place,their ad should say Latinos only,.after waiting 4 hrs to buy a limited edition Rays cap,me and the only other two white guys were told to leave the line and that we weren't going to be able to buy a cap because we were standing in line in front of the store before they opened.and looking at the line there was nothing but young Latinos,so if your not Latino this store isn't for you.. Overpriced anyways...

This place is a joke walked away from me when trying to make a honest offer on a shoe priced $150 over what there selling for on other reputable sites like goat. This place pays over priced for shoes and charges over priced. If you know what your looking at don’t waste your time here. If there was a zero star I would most definitely pick that but google does not let me pick no star.

Same review for the other location as well because I USED to be a repeat customer and I just got tired of it. The employees have no authority to practically do anything. Other stores the employees are given enough trust to make business happen and keep money moving, but after dozens of transactions with these guys, you’re alllllways told the same thing, “lemme call the boss”, “lemme ask the owner”. Another thing is when you’re trying to buy or trade shoes, and you get left on read numerous times on Instagram simply asking for a reply to BUY something. I’m done with this unprofessional business. It’s just bad customer service even for repeat customers. I feel better supporting other local shops that show they care and are efficient.

Alot to choose from but almost got screwed buying some Jordan's for $624 with crease marks already and the guy didn't even say nothing when he pulled them out. No thanks, Urban Necessities in Vegas shts on this place.

The fact of the matter is if your willing to pay anywhere from 100-300 dollars over other reputable places such as stock x have at it. The excuse of walking out of the store with a pair instead of waiting is a cheap cop out.

Abram and, tommy, deserve the biggest shout out and, the most recognition that I have ever written a review for. It starts with the moment I walk into the store. Without knowing what I’m in there for, could be a 100$ shoe, 3000$ shoe or maybe trying to steal something with some people. They treated me like I was in there yesterday and had spent 10 grand. They quite literally treat you like royalty. They even have crazy big kings chairs to sit in to try something on! It’s insane! To the owner of this company. These 2 should be your top 2 people in any store you have. You should be very very afraid the day you loose them, because it’s now harder than ever to find someone to come into work let alone care about your stores and have passion about your things like you do.

Don’t pre order shoes from here they will send you worn shoes or never send you the shoes at all. Better off buying off StockX and goat you will receive them faster and they have tracking numbers. And they have no good customer service either! Plus the shoes are overpriced!

Awesome experience! The staff were so nice and friendly and were always willing to help when I needed something. They have such a large variety of sneakers and were even willing to negotiate on prices. Definetly coming back.

Visiting in the area and went to this place hoping to get a new sneaker…. When walking in we were not welcomed at all, employees saw us and just went back to looking to their phones no type of customer service. When looking at some shoes everything was unorganized all type of sizes where everywhere, no type of guidance throughout the store nor through staff. Was excited at first to have found a sneaker store but this establishment does not deserve to have customers with the poor customer service.

The man who runs this location is Dishonest; I'd be happy to explain. This review is Factual, and worth the read, especially for the man it concerns. Yesterday, at 2:00 P.M., a Special-Edition Hat was due to be released at this location, in limited quantity. With the anticipation surrounding its release, and knowing how releases operate, my employer had me arrive early to solidify a spot, and I was First on the scene at 9:00 A.M., with 2 of my associates arriving shortly thereafter. At approximately 10:00 A.M., the General Manager arrived to open the store, and at approximately 10:30 A.M., his boss - who I can only assume is this location's owner, and the man this review is about - arrived. Both men advised us not to "camp" in front of the store awaiting the hat's release, and we courteously obliged, choosing a few seats to relax in, within view of the store, for the durarion of our wait. The owner let us know that we were "okay" at that time before we left the store; in other words, he made us believe that we were on good terms. Everyone was respectful and cooperative, without issue. Over the next several hours, many others arrived also awaiting the hat's release; however, we weren't concerned, being the first ones there. At approximately 1:30 P.M., the owner than authorized a line to be formed for the hat's release. My employer, who was with us, was then told by the owner that the 3 of us (myself and my 2 associates) - and Only The 3 Of Us - would not be getting a hat. When questioned about this, he gave the excuse that we were "camping" in front of the store, which was a Lie, as we were patiently waiting in seats, as already stated - along with everyone else who Arrived Well After Us - and we complied respectfully with everything he asked us to do up to that point. I noticed that everyone else waiting was either Black or Hispanic, and we were the only White Males in Attendance; furthermore, we were older than most of the others, being middle-aged. Logically, the only way the 3 of us were Specifically Singled Out was that the owner Just Flat-Out Didn't Like Us, On Account Of Our Race, Or Both; it doesn't matter, since it's Discriminatory Either Way. In this Lame Woke Culture we're currently living in, let's just say I wasn't surprised. Keep in mind that the Owner and his General Manager are Hispanic. You can draw your own conclusions about why we were turned away, but those are the Facts. My Time and Energy were Wasted, and I was Shorted Money on account of this man - and I Don't Roll Over For Anybody. Thank You for reading.
