Before reservation, you have to pre-pay your stay. Tourists have to have an Iranian Credit card or ask someone to do this. NOT GOOD. Check-in ... they force you to leave your passport there. Since most travellers have no other idenfication: NOT GOOD. Room ONE ... no airconditioning. Open your window was their recommandation. First floor? No way. Roome TWO ... no airconditioning, but 2. floor. Maintenance cleaned the filter of AC, dust on the floor. Three days NO vacuum cleanign of the carpet. WC/bath room: not clean at all. Stain all over (can't upload pics here= bad). In general: not recommandation from me.

Good place for taking exams, I went there for my IELTS mocks and IELTS exams. That was a cool place with airy saloon and polite staff; however, I have never used other services.

Don't ever visit, if you're planning to for a business visit. I booked here bcz it's nearby to Exhibition centre. Except that, No WiFi I use business centre, staff came and blame to my guests for using the business centre. Which we asked permission from reception. Very rude, will not recommend to anyone. And black listed in my list

I wish I could have given 0 stars to this hotel. Avoid it at any cost, Seriously! There is not a single thing positive about it. Apart from 2 people, the staff is rude and aggressive, but it's not even the problem! If you drag down the reviews, you can see the pictures of the disgusting bathroom, washroom, and carpets, so I don't attach them again. The Internet connection had a problem during the night, and the relevant staff misled me by saying it was under maintenance while not, as I realized the check-in staff had just forgotten to activate it. When I asked them to fix it, I again faced the reception's rude and aggressive behavior. Not only the stuff but the system in this hotel is archaic, I reckon from 20 century! The automatic ventilation was broken, and it blew heat air and increased the temperature to 30 degrees while I had set it to 22, and when I asked them to fix it, they just said it's what it is! I have been to numerous hotels in different countries in the past ten years, and some were just bad hotels, but this one is not only bad but makes you angry, nervous, and uncomfortable. Just avoid!

I just checked in, It was an easy check in process, the room is okay, -- Internet connection defiantly not a 5 stars hotel. I'll update my review during my stay. - There's no gym or a swimming pool - shower has no water pressure - Decent staff -Normal level of comfort

Really nice hotel with large rooms with balcony. The breakfast is nice and the staff is helpful (except that they couldn't help us get our laundry done for a reasonable price). We payed $100/night for a double room. We booked the room via their website which offered a 45% discount. Don't miss that ;-)

There is a painting gallery in this hotel. This art gallery is truly incredible. Looking at all their painting artwork just makes you feel alive! I was amazed by all the beautiful pieces they had, just in pure awe.Ā Very welcoming artists/staff available to share details or answer any questions. A fun and interactive experience.

It is a nice hotel as location wise and hotel facilities. However, I did not like the receptionist behaviour towards us. We were as a group of 50 people from a secular country to visit Iran. If you were tourists with tour guides, police did not interfere with your clothing if you respect their rules and make some effort to yours. Indoor or even on the tour bus women can remove or loosen headscarves. Anyway, when we were sitting at hotel lobby as a group of women, one of our friends were not covering her hair. Then the receptionist came and asked our friend to cover her hair. His behaviour was rude and it meant more than warning her. I am not sure that it was a hotel management thing or person s busybody but it felt us not welcome. Because of that I am giving 3 stars to this hotel

Delicious Breakfast Very clean & tidy rooms Great Location I enjoyed my stay during my business visit ! The only issues are : 1) They hold on your passport during the stay saying that the police dept checks the identities 2) Wifi is limited to 1 GB per day

I have been here just for breakfast. The decoration is a normal clean restuarant but the food quality is very good and there are various selection of foods. The bread is baked fresh which is very delicious. Hotel staff are very polite and welcoming.

I mostly go to this hotel to attend seminars or have breakfast. It has a very pleasant environment and professional staff. The quality of food in the hotel's main restaurant is good, but compared to last year, for example, it has decreased. This hotel is my suggestion to Tehran travelers. have a good time.

Rude staff, on 4 different occasions. A door staff was totally rude and aggressive. Gazing rudely and violent behavior. The restaurant staff was rude too.

āš ļø Traveler's Warning āš ļø Having lived and worked in Austria and traveled the world, I was shocked by the conditions I encountered at Parsian Evin Hotel. Issues faced: - Overwhelmingly unpleasant odors in all rooms. - Stained and dirty carpets throughout. - Rusty mirrors and unkempt bathrooms. - Inadequate English communication at reception. - Rude and unprofessional staff behavior. Within 10 minutes of checking in, I felt compelled to leave due to these issues. Despite the state of the room, the receptionist rudely tried to convince me to stay. When I insisted on leaving, my passport was tossed onto the desk and my request for a cancellation letter was ignored. Unfortunately, I was charged for an entire day's stay for those 10 minutes. Important to Know: This hotel is strategically located right behind the prestigious Parsian Azadi Hotel, which is only a 100-meter walk away. Beware, the names and proximity are deceiving. It seems they use photos of the Parsian Azadi Hotel to mislead customers. I was not refunded my deposit after such a brief stay. Please consider my experience before booking with Parsian Evin Hotel, and I hope that relevant authorities can address such concerns for the reputation of Iran and its capital city.
