Most rooms of this hotel have no window to open, and the management gives no information while you're booking, and when you understand this and complain about it, they say "let us see if we have any other available to change for you or not." or not means you have to boil in your room whole night, since the air conditioner was central and fixed on27 C, and you can not breath properly. It was what I experienced and it was a nightmare to me. Besides, the staff are not connected and harmonized with each other, when you ask a simple same question from them you receive different answers indifferently. The room was spacious and clean and we did not face any problems during our stay. The breakfast was of all kind but I was not satisfied with their way of serving! I think there should be more precaution as we are facing the corona virus outbreak! I do not recommend its restaurant at all for lunch and dinner. We tried it once and that was a real flop! The car park also did not have enough room and it was a real pain in the neck. But the staff were really kind, helpful and caring!

I was there for 5 days in Sep.2020 With regard to its room I should say it was spacious and well furnished with a small balcony overlooking the street. The room and bathroom was quite clean and the staff and receptionist were really hospitable, wellcoming and helpful. As same as the most hotels in Iran, the restaurant was not satisfactory with respect to the food quality in lunch and dinner. But the breakfast was OK.

This hotel is beautiful, everybody was very attentive and extra kind. the booking process was easy and with the best customer servis. the rooms were amazing plus our breakfast was great. we will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends and family.

Gym is closed, pool is closed etc. But it is okay for the price. TV is hard to understand. Also the top floor restaurant seems to not be ready yet. We got only one bath towel for two persons, and still not a second one. The welcoming was not pleasant, where they started by questioning mine and my wife's marriage. It also took some time to make the room ready. The breakfast has some good intentions with a chef making omelette (looking like scrambled eggs) for you. However, the omelet is flambed in some strange liquid (clearly not brandy or so) making it have a background taste of petroleum. The bread is also dry, maybe because the bred boxes are broken.

unreliable services, we booked a meeting room for an important meeting ,the lady who was in charge of renting the room was so aggressive while reserving (most of the time saying I am busy you can see yourself our meeting room on the website) and when I told her there is no photo of the meeting room on the web site and I saw one beautiful meeting room on the web on google not your website with the the red set up she said yes that is our VIP room I said ok I want that and I paid the amount of almost 20 M Tuman for the reserving and some small packages of catering and on the day of the event the lady gave us a very bad room in a wedding area with a very bad services and said if you want that room you have to pay double amount of what you paid to use that room, our mistake was to trust that lady's words and this is some kind of abuse of customer trust. which is far from a good hotel vision.

It's an average hotel but not sure a good choice at this price point. We stayed here in June '22 for three days. The property is good with clean and spacious rooms. We stayed on one of the higher rooms so the view of the city was great from the room. The breakfast spread is very good. The food available in restaurant is average as compared to good you get elsewhere in Tehran. Would suggest skipping their restaurant for lunch/dinner. The hotel has facilities such as swimming pool (though only functional 10 am to 4 pm) which kind of makes it unusable. Internet speed is terrible. It's never more than 1 Mbps. They also have taxi service which has amazing cars but charge ~4x normal rates so would suggest against using that. The check out process was extremely slow.

Last 4 times ive stayed at this hotel ive been getting rooms with torn wallpapers disgustingly dirty carpets nothing in the room seems to be in order from the floor lamp to the curtains. I have so many gripes its ridiculous so this was their last chance and i dont have time to write for another hour needless to say i will never stay here again. I visit Tehran around 7 times a year I'll be giving my business to someone who is deserving.

Ofcourse this is a very nice hotel, during my stay all staffs and service are very good and helpful, only one suggestion I have the menu can't read by other nationalities so it must add English names also for all servings

Loved everything about my stay here. Clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms, lovely roof-level restaurant/cafe with a nice view of the whole of Tehran, delicious food, buffet-style breakfast with lots of options, and good coffee 😊 all of the staff, from the reception to the restaurant, were incredibly polite, professional, and helpful as well. The area is nice, new built hotel, the rooms were ok. I did not appreciate not being able to open the windows. The breakfast buffet was closed and they brought the food in for us. Which was not enough to be honest, I had to ask them to bring us more three times!! The minibar was a disaster!

i live in dubai and i usually visit tehran for business . I went to this hotel for the first time. And i really enjoyed my 5 day stay there. The location is midcenter which is great for me. Also the services were actually good for an iranian hotel. Definetely reccomend if you are having a visit to tehran.
