Iran’s public health at its worst. This is a teaching hospital and it often appears the young physicians are learning their craft at the expense of the poor. The clinics have very limited hours and are open for a very short period (8- 12). Most physicians leave way before the clinic closes leaving lots of patients stranded. Their computerized appointment system is an appalling waste of resources and is not followed by the receptionist ( certainly not in the ENT clinic ). To get a turn for examination your best bet is to go stand in line. Most of the waiting room seats are broken and will give you a back pain. Parking at the hospital is almost nonexistent and it is compounded by the fact that there is no convenient public transportation system serving the hospital.

This place should be terminated for good. Its buildings are very old, not safe and the environment is extremely dirty. I am not saying that it is not clean but i am saying that it is extremely dirty. No hygiene at all. You may get serious infectious diseases there if you are not careful about contacting with the walls, stairs and the environment. About the behavior, it can't get any worse. both doctors and staff show disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. If you go there as an observer, you will cry for those poor people who are running after doctors and nurses to find simple answers and explanations but all they receive is humiliation, being ignored and even aggressive respond. it is the death of humanity. This hospital belongs to the government and it covers for poor people so they have no choice but to go to places like this. That is the reason for bad behavior from doctors. those same doctors will show respectful and professional attitude in other hospitals and explain to patients allocating enough time while facing wealthy costumers. This is so unfortunate and tragic. It is a big SHAME for the government that doctors show this kind of behavior in its healthcare centers. Unfortunately people are getting more and more financially poor. So, these place and places like it are getting more and more crowded. and among these places this hospital is one of the worst. I once went there to show the imaging results of my grandmother to a doctor there and I saw the most horrifying scenes just like I described above. It is not fair for those poor people. I hope they rethink these serious problems or close this place for good.

Those who gave a high rate for this hospital are those who work there. Extremely impolite and irresponsible Drs. The only thing that they don't care about is the life of people. Our patient suffers from pneumonia and he is in a room with 3 other people all have someone take care of them in a small room. Imagine COVID-19 time and the crowding in 10 meters room. Drs don't answer you about your patient's situation and they lie easily. They say we visited your patient while they haven't. They are aggressive and impolite. I truly appreciate international medical schools that don't accept their educational degrees since they don't know basic humanities and care about their patients. We don't need Drs who often do misdiagnoses and those who study in universities with the minimum numbers of scientific papers worldwide. I wish there was a place where people could complain about the Iranian medical system, I believe 90% of Iranian Drs would lose their jobs because of the lack of respect and enough medical knowledge.
