این کامنت را قرار میدهم تا دیگران مثل ما به مشکل برنخورند شهریور 1402 از خانمی به نام جعفری تور دبی را خریداری کردم در ظاهر خیلی مهربان بودند اما پس از ورود به دبی چند تا از تورلیدرها به نام های مرجان و دانییال به خاطر پورسانت گرفتن از ما برای تورهای داخلی با هم درگیر شدند ظاهرا چندتا ایرانی آنجا شرکت کارگزاری اجرای تور دارند که اسم رییس موسسه آرش است. این دوستان وقتی شما وارد دبی میشوید سعی میکنند با تلکه کردن شما تورها را به چندبرابر قیمت به شما بفروشند و ما چون زیر بار نرفتیم ترانسفر برگشت به فرودگاه را انجام ندادند و وقتی که به آزانس زیما و خانم جعفری زنگ زدیم گفتند به ما ربطی ندارد خودتان با تاکسی بروید فرودگاه .آزانس زیما فقط موقع دریافت پول خوش برخورد است اما هیچ حمایتی از شما در هنگام بروز مشکلات انجام نمیدهد.

آژانس مسافرتی بسیار بدقولی هستند ما تور دبی گرفتیم از این آژانس قرار بود ترانسفر رایگان داشته باشیم و توی قرارداد هم نوشته بویم ولی هیچ خبری از ترانسفر نبود حتی تور لیدر را ندیدیم در طول سفر و چون کرایه تاکسی توی دبی بالاست مجبور شدیم خودمان تاکسی بگیریم و کلی هزینه کردیم وقتی به زیما زنگ زدیم به راحتی گفتند به ما ارتباطی ندارد به نظرم یک کم بیشتر هزینه کنید ولی از یک آزانس معتبرتر تور بگیرید تا مثل ما دچار مشکل نشوید
