This hotel is well located in the heart of the city next to Rothschild Boulevard. beautiful rooms and great service. There a cocktail bar inside that work from 6pm and to my opinion is one of the best in Tel Aviv. I met Assa the manager of the hotel and for me that what make all the different. Such a nice and friendly person that know how to treat his customers and moreover to his employees. Assa very professional and a real gentleman. Assa, thank you for the amazing service !

Everything was JUST right! In Pre-arrival day I had Excellent communication with the hotel which answered all my questions and helped us find the last spot at the Bellboy bar. The rooms are small but its clearly noticed that it was well designed to the smallest details . You get 3 choice locations for breakfast and this also felt like a perfect fit experience. Thank you!

Such a great experience! We took a massage, both of us really enjoyed from it. The therapists was amazing- intuitive and professional. After the massage we visited the Bellboy bar- the drinks was very good, the staff was nice and welcoming and the food was delicious. Also a big thank you to Shauli and Gal from the reception for the service 🙏🏼 we will definitely come back

Wonderful hotel, great location! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely lovely. We chose this hotel as a central base to explore tel aviv! We used the electric scooters (lime & bird) to get around everywhere within 10-15 mins. We also spent a few hours at their hidden bar The Butler and had the best time

The service was the nicest I've seen in Israel. The room was stylish and very comfortable. We would definitely come back. Be aware that there is a pub on first floor, but it's very cool.

I stayed at the hotel and loved the staff, location, and the room. The breakfasts are fantastic: the hotel gives the voucher to different restaurants nearby. The Bellboy cocktails: to die for🫰🫰🫰

The best thing about hotel is a restoraunt and a bar downstairs - excellent food, great coctails and very friendly staff. Rooms were average, could be cleaner. Location of this hotel is also excellent, right in the center of the city.

Charming boutique hotel of Rothschild Blvd. Perfect business location with an awesome bar. What more could you want?

Assa, the hotel manager, has been amazing. We mistakenly tought my wife's wallet was stolen from the room and mistakenly accused the hotel staff. Assa investigated and calmly showed us from the camera footage that my wife intentionally dropped her wallet in front of our door's room. He did all that while being courteous and understable for our poor behavior. Lesson learned. We humbly apologize and thank you, Assa.

Rooms are nice but the windows don't insulate too well and it can be quite loud at night. The bar and location are amazing and everybody was very friendly.

A very nice small hotel in the center of TLV next to the Habima square. Nice small rooms, clean and nicely renovated. The staff at the reception was very helpful. The massage at the spa was great. The breakfast was great at the Nehama Va Hezi. (No breakfast at the hotel)

Came to IL on a business trip and really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel management & staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating. Rooms were quaint, clean & well equipped. Location of this hotel is wonderful. Right in the center of the city, minutes from great spots, shops, restaurants and public transportation. The restaurant downstairs was charming and the cocktails were the star of the show! Unique as much as they were delicious. Overall, great experience :)

I was in the hotel with a group and really enjoyed my stay . The hotel is intimate and rooms are very nicely designed with a comfortable bed and all commodities, such as a fridge and coffee machine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying there😍

One word hospitality!!! They are so nice helpful and kind. Moreover the hotel is impeccable, clean, nicely designed and quiet. After being in other boutique hotels in the vicinity that were all about money extraction I must say that this is my Tel aviv Hotel.

Let me start by saying you don't visit Tel Aviv with the intentions of staying in the room the entire time. That said there was nothing special about the room but it was very comfortable, clean and excellent location. We had a city view. The best part about this hotel is their bar. Perfect cocktails, friendly staff and GOOD energy. I would stay at the hotel again just for the priority it give you to the bar. Hotel B Berdichevsky is a winner.

Great location and nice bar (Bellboy bar) but absolutely impossible to sleep 👎 Super noisy, rooms not soundproof and reception not willing to change the room 👎

The staff at this little boutique hotel was excellent. I forgot my passport in Jerusalem and they helped me to arrange to get it to Tel Aviv. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I was very grateful and impressed. They also have an amazing bar in the hotel. Apparently it’s famous. It’s worth a visit. The cocktails are works of art. While the location is a bit off the beaten track the service and staff make up for it. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for all your help!!!

We came here after ordering a morning massage for 2. It was great, very nice and resemble price for the city. The staff was very professional and we finished our massage with a glass of wine on the house. The facilities were awesome and well maintained

There is no service, just avoidance. Impossible to sleep on the 1st floor, due to the bar below which plays loud music until 2a.m. and the windows, which do not keep out any sound from the sidewalk - literally 5 meters away. Any phone conversation or car door opening can be heard with crisp detail. When I came down at 11p.m the receptionist told me they could help me, if the music did not stop to be loud (it didn't). Then I came down to a different receptionist at 1 a.m. I was told that nothing could be done. Woke up at 6:30 from a dude answering his phone.

I bought a couples' spa package before COVID, which was cancelled by the hotel. When I asked them about it, the employee on the other side of the call refused to even check my name and contact details to see the status and said it is expired and there's nothing he can do. When I asked for his manager and told him he was not being helpful, he hung up the call. Definitely not what I would expect from a hotel which holds hospitality as a standard.

Rooms are ok. But no breakfast at morning, and no lobby to sit or to wait for someone.

Best hotel in TLV by far! Great atmosphere, the Bellboy pub is amazing (we were in the Butler - the special room), great treatment from the staff. On weekends, it is recommended to park in the Bima parking lot, 24 NIS per day (for Friday & Saturday 48 NIS total)

Cozy hotel in a quiet street. The rooms are small but clean and there is everything you need for those who travel without a lot of suitcases, even coffee can be made in the room. The interior of the hotel reminded us of the 1930s and 40s. The staff is caring, we ordered a massage - excellent. Breakfast in a cafe near the hotel gives a good mood. We will definitely stop here again.

As I arrived I learned that I missed massage since the receptionists were very unorganized and I was confused with the time. I got charged for it, and obviously was disappointed and was met by the receptionist Shaul who was probably the rudest hotel receptionist I have ever met. This hotel is not worth the price, the staff are extremely rude and if you have other options I would suggest trying anything else. Stay away **after reply from the manager I work in a hotel and have never been spoke to like this in my life, if I was to speak like that to a customer I would be fired on the spot. I hope that all the tourists here see the reply and can see the low, slimy and disgusting service of this hotel. DO NOT STAY HER
