I had an amazing experience at Moxies Yorkdale yesterday. The customer service was one if the best I ever had. ALANNA WAS BEYOND AWESOME!!!! Her energy was everything and made my niece and I feel like VIPs. She was attentive, personable, approachable, super kind, funny and fully knowledgeable of the Moxies menu. We ordered food and drinks based on her recommendations. I mentioned that we were there to celebrate my Mom's Heavenly Birthday and immediately offered her condolences. Her kindness was 100% genuine. I asked to speak with her manager as she totally blew me away. We also had the pleasure of meeting the GM Jessie to discuss to discuss the top quality service we received from Alanna. Jessie was just as fantastic; great energy and so easy to talk too. She mentioned Alanna had only been working at Moxies for 1 month which was unbelievable. I will definitely come back to this location because of Alanna and Jessie. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean; they followed all COVID protocols to ensure everyone's safety. Thanks again Alanna and Jessie....we will definitely we back soon!

Had a great time at Moxie's. For starters, I want to give a shout out to our wonderful hostess Garrett. Provided excellent service, was friendly and kind and accommodated our requests. Tofu lettuce wraps are yummy and we tried their Korean BBQ cauliflower. I wish it had more of the BBQ sauce on it. Tried the beyond meat veggie burger and loved it. It was absolutely delicious with a side of truffle Parm fries. Food was fresh and served within a good time period. Recommend checking this place out.

Great staff amazing staff thank you for this! but the food has definitely dropped the ball. Look at this mushroom sirloin 7oz. I am chef and i was shocked. Almost like they cut off 1/4 of the meat.

Had a gala time with Family on a Thursday night. Food- very cosmopolitan flavours and sumptuous meals. Decor- the place was a vibe Service- the server had the coolest attitude We also had some beers and spicy margaritas that were good. What you should know? - the place was a little expensive for the food portions. They have happy hours after 9. Do check out that menu to save some $$. I’ve also heard that their desserts are good. We couldn’t try them because we were so full.

Came on a Friday night, was served by Julian who gave amazing recommendations. Julian was quick and efficient and the food was amazing and the portions were great. Esteban, also brought out a great dessert option, it was too good, that we didn’t have a chance to take a picture. Great service and great food! would highly recommend.

Had to wait 20mins for a table! but the food was worth it!!! Loved the Nachos and the lettuce wrap! Wings was a mix of honey garlic and BBQ which was awesome !!! Salmon was great !!! chicken breast with rice was also great !!! only the serving was slow apart from that it was a good evening!!

With no reservation, I visited Moxies on an impromptu date night and was not disappointed. Only waited about half an hour for a table. Happy hour after nine PM, and half priced tequila shots were perfect for the Friday night out. A Mojito with The Mango chicken, with the avocado and sweet mango sauce was really great, and a gin and tonic for the Chicken Madeira Rigatoni was also a great recommendation by our server Andrés B!, super creamy and not over cooked. Finished off the meal with the sweet crusted, smooth and tart keylime pie.

Good place, good dishes on the menu. The nachos we ordered weren't fresh. The hard lemonade hardly had vodka in it. The old fashioned was great! Sweet potato fries are super tasty! Beautiful ambience! We're just happy they're open after the recent lockdown.

Good service and had an amazing time. The ambience was great and the waitress serving us was very friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the nachos. Steak was delicious as well but the chicken tenders were a bit dry and bready. Overall a good experience and would definitely go back again.

Foods are delicious but the service was okay, I mean staff were friendly but they were short staff for sure! Overall was a great experience. We had Fried calamari and guacamole with tortilla chips and they both taste amazing and Salmon and Chicken Alfredo pasta for the main course. Dessert was tremendously great, we got white chocolate and also regular chocolate brownies(sticky toffee pudding) which both come with ice cream, I honestly didn't get the taste of the chocolate in the dark one, it was more like carrot cake to me but as it was moist and fresh I loved it.

I ordered a thanksgiving dinner 5 days in advance. The day of on the 10th they email me saying “Your order for $79.58 failed to be submitted for pick-up at 4:15 PM today. Then I called to let them know about the email and he said that he will put an order in for me. I called back to change the time and he said he spoke to chef and they aren’t taking anymore orders. I guess if I didn’t call I wouldn’t have known that either. Thanks for ruining our thanksgiving. This is the second negative review I’ve had for moxies. This time for sure I will not be even think of moxies being an option for us.

Hidden in a lower level of Yorkdale mall. Location was very busy but was seated as soon as we approached the hostess. Service was quick and staff were understaff but still attentive. We ordered fries pasta salad and steak. Steak we done well, perfectly cooked to our likeness. Pasta was also a hit and the salad.

Where were located was a great spot. There were enough TVs showing different sports so it had something for everyone. The staff was great. The only thing I would say is that the music was slightly a little loud but overall, a great place to be.

Had an absolutely wonderful server ( Kayla ). The food was great.. definitely compliments to the chef. Little pricey but good food is good food. The atmosphere is cozy comfortable

Overall the atmosphere is really nice and the music is not too loud so you can hear your party talk. The food is OK. Our waiter was not the best. We did order a burger, and for religious reasons, we asked for no cheese, to which we received a burger with cheese, sent it back, got another burger, and again had cheese. The manager came over and said that the Berger would be on them so that was really nice and accommodating of them. Overall a good place to eat.. 7.5/10

Our server Naomi was excellent! She checked in often with us and made sure our experience was great! I ordered a cobb salad (pictured) which was actually a stack of ingredients that came on a plate. All of the salad dressing was under the other ingredients and because it came in a plate it was pretty hard to mix without making a mess. I liked the salad but would have preferred if it came in a bowl. Biggest issue was that the music was way too loud. We were seated directly under a speaker and it was impossible to hold conversations with people at our table. The DJ mix was actually great, it was just so very loud that it really soured the whole experience

They have a good menu. We ordered different dishes and despite the fact that one of them they forgot, I would say that the food is good. I don't think they have the best prices, but it's Ok. The environment is welcome, seats are confortable, but the music is very loud. Sometimes it was difficult to hear other person.

Very nice for casual dining. I loved the food and the atmosphere. Music is not too loud, the waiters were supper attentive. Tried their burger i liked it. My husband hand pasta chicken madeira he was okay but didn’t really liked it. Maybe it is because of his high expectations when it comes to Italian food ahahah)) Would be fun to come with friends!

I enjoyed my evening dinner with my girlfriends night out. I wasn't happy how the bill had so much mistake though, good thing my girls checked cuz i forgot to bring my reading glasses. She brought already the machine to swipe my card without double checking what was on the bill. 😒

Always a great time! Great playlist, great food ...our server today ATHENA totally rocked! She was professional, had great drink recommendations. Glad to see the manager take part in service too. Definitely a worth is dining experience.

We sat outside by the heaters and it was comfortable enough. Waitress was excellent: fun and friendly. Food was OK as expected: I had the chicken Cajun burger which has been on the menu forever . The happy hour is a great deal. 3-6pm and after 9pm.

Okay today was my sisters 37th birthday and we were celebrating here! We were not disappointed at all! The food was great, awesome ambiance but the service was on 100000%! Our server Carlos was amazing. Not only did he give us drink recommendations but also, appetizers, main and dessert recommendations as well. He knows his menu inside out and he is the most pleasant server I’ve had in a very long time, not only was he funny and personable, he was extremely kind and genuine. This restaurant also follows covid protocols and on a whole makes you feel safe while also being able to enjoy a great time out. Thank you Moxies for a great experience. (Quick shoutout to the General Manager and the other staff who, unfortunately we didn’t get their names, were all on point, so very helpful and contributed to the amazing environment this restaurant gives) See y’all again soon!

Overall great experience at Moxie's. We had to wait for about an hour to get a table because it was on a busy Friday night and they only allowed a certain number of people inside at a time (COVID related i am sure). The place was nice, and dim, not too loud and our waiter was great and very nice. The food came out good as well and we enjoyed it very much. Notting negative to say about it. Overall i will recommend it. Just be aware it is not the cheapest out there (totally worth it though).

Line wasn't big during the weekend, took us 45 mins to get a spot and be seated. Food was delicious and the drink were great! Trying the white chocolate brownie dessert is a must at this place.We loved how there was such variety in the menu from pasta to poke bowls! Reception and the waiters/waitresses were all super nice, props to Kaylin for everything she did for us! Will definitely come back to this place again, everything was pretty affordable and not expensive at all, We had a great time here.

By far one of the best locations I've been to. When I walked inside I was so surprised how beautiful the place was, it was designed so great! On top of that the food was great we all enjoyed it. But what made our evening enjoyable was our host GARETT! He was absolutely amazing and provided excellent service. From the moment he greeted us to even after providing our bill, he made our visit so pleasant. He was so kind, friendly and ensured that we were good the entire time. But most of all he was so funny with his puns and made us laugh a whole lot! I would definitely recommend asking for Garett on your next visit you will not be disappointed!.

Waited for 20-25minutes before we ordered. Love the energy of the server named Shawn. He is funny. The food is delicious.

Great food and service. Just know the prices have been raised a fair bit with the new menu. The restaurant was very clean and the booths are spacious.

After seeing a movie, we decided to indulge in some nachos and beers here. The nachos were undeniably delightful, although the advertised 1lb cheese topping felt a tad overwhelming in its cheesiness. Portion sizes were reasonable, and the salsa was a standout, packing a burst of flavor. On the whole, I left quite content, though I must admit the overall cost leaned towards the higher end. The server displayed friendliness and dedication, adding to the positive atmosphere that enveloped the restaurant.

I would like to give 10 STARS to our server stephanie and the manager Yani. I have a severe allergy and the two of them went up and beyond what normally happens at restaurants Thank you for an amazing night out and great food! Service was amazing even with Covid times everyone had smiles and happy and welcoming.

There is a server that works at the moxies Yorkdale and she is the best server I’ve ever come across and her name is Maria. She was working an entire floor with huge tables. Even, though my table was on the smaller end she still was so attentive to us. She was quick and efficient. We appreciated that but also she was so nice that was just a cherry on top of everything!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our time at Moxies. The food , atmosphere (music) and service were exceptional. The server, Rybz was absolutely amazing. He was courteous , efficient and knowledgeable of the menu.Great food and service, keep up the good work !!!!

Came here on a Wednesday night — it was relatively busy (around 8pm). Our server was very charismatic + made great recommendations. Food was average but I did appreciate having the shrimp tacos in a bowl (thanks for that accommodation!) They did get a little weird when I mentioned a sweet pepper allergy — you’d think kitchens would be understanding of that simple request to not have them. Anyways … Half price bottles of wine is a nice touch on Wednesday’s (even if they were out of the one we wanted). Moxies is predictable, feels like a cool vibe in there — decent music selection + if you’re good with average food but good ambience —- Moxies is a great choice!

This is a high profile restaurant located near the A3 entrance of Yorkdale Shopping Mall. Everything is perfect from the professionalism of the staff to the handling of take out orders. The place is always clean and in perfect order. Unfortunately, my takeout pickup was not ready when I arrived. I had to wait for more than 15 mins.

We had a great time there. 5 stars to our server ‘Kayla’ ( I hope I am writing the correct spelling of her name). Tried to find her on insta No luck. Thank you

Came in for a quick bite while shopping at the mall. We decided to be healthy and order salads and to our surprise they were really good. Our server was also super friendly which is always a plus. Good spot if you’re looking for a bite in Yorkdale!

Celebrating Mother’s Day at Moxies is fun, with free Prosecco for mothers, great tasting Nachos to share. Their ribeye steak is cooked to order, Cobb salad presented well, chicken Alfredo tasted great and chicken Madeira rigatoni was enjoyable. The servers are prompt and fun to chat with.

Had a lovely dinner with an old friend, just happened to be on International Woman's Day, and we had such a great experience that I had to write a review. The food was delicious (we ordered the vegan tofu wraps as well as the steak salad) but what made it extra special was the service from the server Sean. He was so attentive and funny and kind. One of the best servers ever. I would definitely come back just for him. Lastly, the restaurant was so kind to hand out roses to the ladies during the day for women's day. Such a sweet touch. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Sean! :)

Wow this place was amazing! I ate at the Moxies in Richmond Hill a few weeks ago but this place is next level! the atmosphere was so nice inside and quiet. I got the Tuna Power Bowl? I think but it was so yummy and big too! my friend got the Alfredo, overall great food and it took about 15-20 mins for the food to come out which is what I consider perfect timing. Our server was very attentive and friendly and I told them I had a peanut allergy, and the manager personally came out to inform me that the dish i ordered had no nuts but obviously cross contamination can happen in a kitchen , but I liked their attentiveness and awareness of my allergy. I will definitely come back!

An easy and casual place to go when you can't figure out where you wanna go. There was hardly any wait time, every other restaurant in the mall was giving us at least a 40mins wait. We started off with the calamari and fish tacos, very enjoyable. I also got the blackened chicken sandwich, and I was not disappointed, great place for drinks. The music was a little too loud for my liking but I get the vibe for most people

I've been to many Moxies, but our dinner last night was one worthy of 5 gold stars! I wish I got our server's name, she was so incredibly lovely!!! Amazing customer service from start to finish! She had great recommendations and a professional upbeat personality! She was so quick to get our drink refills without us even asking and continously kept checking up on us to make sure we were enjoying our meal!

Ashton was absolutely phenomenal! My friend and I came to Moxies after a long day of work and he made our experience so enjoyable! A true gentleman! Thank you Ashton for a great night!

My husband and I went there for date night and had an amazing time. Scott our server was excellent! Very engaging and attentive. He suggested the Rigatoni, and I’m glad we got it. Was so good!

The place was crowded and we had to wait in line. They don’t take your info and they don’t tell you how long the wait is. We were guided to our table and then our waiter changed 3 times. First person introduced themselves and brought the water and apologized that another waiter will serve us. Then another waiter came started taking our order then stopped in the middle and left and a 3rd waiter finally came and took our order. Luckily the 3rd waiter was really nice and provided a great experience. The food was good. It was fresh and flavourful. But, in all honesty, it is not worth the price. The food service is quick and the place is clean and organized. I wouldn’t go there again.

Good service, went for happy hour (after 9pm) for slightly cheaper drinks and food. Food is about a 3.5 to 4/5. Service was fast and efficient and our server Jacky was a lot of fun. The atmosphere was modern chic and comfortable.
