Dr. Rida is the best doctor in town, but the front desk receptionist ladies said so rude! You go in and they don't even want to say Hi to you. They just let you stand there waiting for them to say something how can you register. At least 10 receptionists working in this clinic and they are all rude with people! I don't understand why the management hiring people like them... they shoud do something about it!

I would give 0 star…. 5-6 hour’s of waiting period. Why don’t you guys take all your patients in sequence instead of calling them randomly. They take their regular customer first then others!!! Worst service ever. And yes don’t expect and respect or kindness from staff!! They treat everyone like their slaves! When I asked them that I am waiting here since morning and all other people just come and go cause they are their regular customers, she said that’s why you came here. If you don’t want to wait then leave!!! Such a disrespectful staff!!! I wish I would complain and close this walk in clinic!!! But the doctors are nice. It’s just the entire system and staff!!

Awful service…Ladies at the front desk are too rude and not polite…My doctor Rida is a perfect doctor but the receptionists at the front desk are terrible. That is why I will change my family doctor. I do not wish to get medical aid from this clinic anymore. It’s the second time they were rude to me. First time was in last summer and second time was today!!! Try to teach the receptionists at the front desk to be polite and nice to people.

Worst clinic I've ever been and went to a better clinic with better staffs. The receptionists are ill mannered. Dr. Atwal seems rushing all the time and could spend as little as 2 minutes.. It seems like quantity matters more than a good quality of service. If you want good service with your health concerns go somewhere else!

I put 1 star instead of 0 for the reason to have my review posted. Sorry but i would never advise someone to go to this clinic. Too much waste of time! Too much!! Read other reviews. They take a lot of patients to get registered just to put them in waiting list forever! They know the problem of waiting time but why does the management dont do something about it! Come on!! Time is vital! It is very important!

Waited 2-3 hours and saw them letting in other people who were paying them cash or prioritizing friends/family over other patients. Please do yourself a favour and find a different walk-in clinic. The doctor there was also very rude and showed little to no empathy regarding my hand injury.

Dr's.....the system you have is bad....I always waste like 5 hrs going for a simple visit....you should modernize...we are already with AI and the system is like from last century. Might robots do a better job than receptionist.

The only thing good about this clinic is Dr. Atwal. I'm not sure where they found the receptionist staff though, because they seem to all have anger issues. I'm sorry but people come to the clinic to get help because they are sick. And to be treated with no compassion and respect? That's absurd. They are unprofessional, laughing so hard when talking to each other, but when patients come to talk to them, they scream at them. Like what the heck? Last time I was there, the receptionist girl with the glasses was yelling at this elderly who wanted to get an update. I felt bad because the receptionist was so disrespectful and started yelling at the elederly to go back to her seat and wait. Anyways, I was there for 4 hours and she had the same behaviour. I recommend that they all get replaced because they're clearly in the wrong field. If yall dont wanna deal with the public, go work in the kitchen or the factory. Thank you!

Receptionist were very rude.. they yelled at you so unprofessional.. specially those 2 wearing eye glasses… rude girl..I just go there because of dr.atwal. She’s a good doctor.

Should call you by the order of when u signed in but they skip people. I've been skipped many times leading to very long visits. Came for a doctor's note once and I was here for 3 hours and next time was just for blood results.

The office sees a very large volume of patients daily. After being turned away by other walk ins I was thankful to have my son seen. I found the staff to be polite and kind but swamped. I think this speaks more to the state of health care in this city and nothing to do with the staff. Doctor was so attentive to my son, put him at ease immediately. Patiently found a suitable antibiotic alternative due to sons allergy. Yes, we waited 1.5 hours but many, many people were seen at this office and all before 11. Thankful to the front line workers that continue to work hard after 2.5 years of Covid.

Had the worst experience ever. Doctors are really nice but people handling the reception area are so rude. They have no sense how to talk to other and might even ignore you amd ask you to go back and sit on your seat. Worst experience ever!!

Go to another walk in clinic. I agree with comments about the office staff being rude. My son went there to have stitches removed . Waited over 2 hours for this. I went over early just to see him there and there weren't that many people so why a two hour wait which took no time at all for the nurse to remove stitches and then he's home and 2 stitches were not removed. He took them out himself.

Worst clinic,the receptionist are very rude and always angry,even you as nicely they will answer you rude.They don't have compassion to the patients.Patients are there because they are not feeling well atleast show a little bit compassion. I feel sorry specially to the elderly and kids.

Dr. Atwal is our favourite medical provider. She is always super friendly, thoughtful and puts our concerns first. I can not speak more highly of her. There is sometimes a longer wait to see her and I can completely understand the reason. Everyone wants to see her! I have never met a more dedicated and intelligent doctor. She is definitely worth the wait!

I had an emergency during last weekend and went here to visit Dr as a walk-in. Although the governmemt has extended health card renewal deadline to Sep 2022, they did not accept my OHIP and I could not get an appointment. I contacted service Ontario today and they said every healthcare provider knows that although the system shows invalid for an expired OHIP, but they must accept it till Sep 30, 2022. I am very dissapointed from this place since the employees are not aware of policies, and I dont recomend you to visit this clinic even in emergency.

The receptionist doesn’t seem very approachable at all. She took our OHIP card and did not say anything else. We waited for 1 hour and a half, she finally called our name after almost 2 hours of waiting, and said “We don’t accept walk-ins…”without even looking us in the eyes, just proceeded with her paperwork. I truly understand it can get busy and they need to turn away walk-ins but we were there well before closing. And if they didn’t think they had time for us, why not tell us from the start instead of making us wait that long? Just let us know you won’t have time for us, we will understand. Don’t make us wait for almost 2 hours and then turn us away. I think there is a LOT of work to be done on customer service and patient interaction in this clinic.

I go here everytime I have to. It's a walk-in clinic. People must understand that. It's not a restaurant that when you come in, you expect to be seen right away. People are lined up even before they open the clinic. When you call and no one answers, understand that there must be a patient just walked in or they must be understaffed. It's near a major intersection so expect that alot of people come here for the same reason that you need to see a doctor. I appreciate the staff for their hardwork, all paper files are hard to find and organize. Dr. Atwal is very nice, she make sure everything is okay before she let you go. Overall not the best sight to see alot of people waiting in-line but kudos to their team for making it through every single day.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The lady doctor was professional and very caring. I already felt better just talking to her. Bloodwork was done right in the office which made it easy for me.

There is a pretty extensive wait - but that’s to be expected with most walk-in clinics. The staff are very professional and they have great doctors as well as nurse practitioners on site to help with your needs.

I agree with the comments about worst clinic. They're are a few nice doctors but for the most part you're treated like a number. Front reception very rude & love to gossip. The way I have seen them speak to some patients. Recommend you look elsewhere unless you're absolutely desperate.

I had good experiences with this clinic twice regardless some red flag. Highly recommend Dr David who is kind and caring. the first time I was there so a blood test, some student did it and she tried twice could not get blood - I have very good vine and this has never happened before, I don’t think she know what she is doing, on the 3rd time they have E to change another nurse who did it once for z me in observation room. I also don’t have issue with their receptionist - they are short but they busy I think it is understandable. They seems very reasonable and organized handle large volume.

This clinic diagnosed me with breast cancer and arranged for all of my bloodwork, pap smear, chest X-ray and an urgent referral to an oncologist. I was seen by a specialist breast surgeon and oncologist within one week. This all happened while my family doctor was on vacation for 2 months. I am now doing chemotherapy to shrink the large tumor and the surgery will be the next step. I am greatly thankful to Dr Rajinder Atwal for diagnosing me and saving my life. Words cannot express my appreciation to her lovely staff.

I had a great experience at this clinic as a first timer. The staff and Dr. Atwal were very helpful. I was especially pleased how Dr Atwal took her time to explain my condition and my treatment options despite there being a packed waiting room. This was a very satisfying medical visit and the doctor's demeanor really put me at ease. She is a lovely person and physician.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Atwal. She always does a thorough investigation after listening to our symptoms. She has a great sense of humour. I always leave with a smile after visiting her. She is very understanding and she always motivates us to practise a healthy lifestyle. We are very pleased with our medical care.

I have been attending this clinic for years. Not once have I had any issues. There are several doctors and every single one of them have been fantastic. The receptionists are sweet. The medical care is very professional and the clinic is clean, modern and nicely run. They performed my bloodwork and urine tests on site. The results were communicated to me effectively and quickly.

Fair thee warned, the clinic is a busy place, but that is because the service that they provide is excellent. Dr. Atwal woks with a clinical (pardon the pun) efficiency, and is genuinely considerate of the needs of each individual patient. If you are willing to wait, the service is worth it!

The young female doctor was incredibly warm, kind and nonjudgmental. It was my first time visiting this clinic and I was pleasantly surprised by the doctor's attention and her courteous nature. she asked many questions and spent a fair amount of time trying to understand my issues. Her diagnosis was right on and my stomach pain resolved that evening with the medication prescribed. I was very pleased with this clinic.

This clinic is terrific. The staff are very friendly and professional although the clinic is busy. They let us sign in and come back 2 hours later. At that point, we were seen immediately. The doctor was very willing to listen and discuss my son's issues. She was in no way dismissive of his concerns like the experience he has had with another clinic. My son felt at ease and we walked away feeling very impressed by the overall experience.
