No organization. I've been waiting for over an hour and they let someone go in front of me because their Uber was waiting. How is that even fair?

She my family doctor for 15 years excellent doctor polite helpful sensible she give u helpful advices she refers u to the right doctor whenever I visit her office maximum waiting time is 30 mn keep working doctor basma and throw back haters who put hateful reviews

Waste of time. Doctor calls back after 2 months to discuss X-rays. Go somewhere else as the other reviews have stated - definitely a money doctor!

Absolutely horrible doctor! I took my daughter here because she had a bad cold. She seen her for two seconds and told me her chest was clear and to give her apples and warm broth. Took her to her pediatrician two days later to find out my daughter actually had acute pneumonia. This doctor was more concerned about the small bruise on my daughter's cheek than her raspy breathing, dry cough or runny nose. I will never come here again.

Dr is an idiot. Since it's not infected she doesn't care that my throat has been swollen for 5 days and causing me to stop breathing at night. Prescribed Advil cold n sinus; the same stuff I've been using and hasn't helped. Going for a second opinion elsewhere.

there is a sign on the secretary's window that says you can make an appt. but when the doctor answers the phone she says they don't take appts and I agree with all the other opinions that she is only about the money.

Dr. Basma Rofaiel is an incredibly rude and unprofessional doctor. She lacks basic conversational manners and is easily angered. I'm not sure how she's permitted by the government to even work in healthcare.
