Great experience with Mobile Klinik! Did some research to replace my shattered iphone 7plus screen and decided to pay a bit more and get it fixed here rather than going to cheap place and have more problems. They had set price online, and when you ask questions via chat, they answer right away. Also, they were Telus preferred repair centre! It took about 30min to replace my screen which was great! Checked the front camera and home button and it was perfectly fixed! But 5min after getting my phone back I found out my ear piece wasn’t working. Was still in the area so I took it back and it took them about 10min to correct the problem. They were very professional and I’m happy to have my phone screen fixed ;)

TLDR: Avoid this place at all costs. I would give it 0 stars if possible. They ruined my phone in repair and refused to fix it. Their workmanship ruined more than the screen. The longer story: I took my screen to be repaired from here on Aug 3rd. I dropped it off at 11 - and was quoted a bit over an hour to change the screen. I decided to pick it up at 5, after work. When I arrived, it was still not ready and I was asked to return 20-30 minutes. My phone worked for a total of ~30 hours before the screen went completely black/green. I came back and was told this would not be covered by warranty because it was a result of physical damage: a minor "hairpin" crack in the screen that would likely come from dropping or applying pressure to the phone, neither of which I did in the 30 hours I used it. I was told I'd have to pay another over $150 (after paying $200 for the initial replacement) to replace the screen again and this was completely my fault. I decided to go to a different mobile repair store to get a second opinion on what was causing the green screen. The store opened it in front of me and confirmed (1) the minor crack was not causing the problem and was not inside the screen at all (2) the screen not working was a result of very poor workmanship on the screen replacement. A part of the screen was caught internally, pinching to the side of the phone. The way it was installed was a fire hazard. The way it was installed at Mobileklinic also ruined the audio piece in my phone, resulting in having to replace it. Mobileklinic did not even offer to open the phone up and review it, blaming me for the damage immediately. and refusing the warranty that they market Rahim also spent the majority of his time trying to up-sell me to buy phones or new phone plans with them. Avoid this place at all costs. See the photo attached of where the phone was bent into the side.

I came to change the operator. They have good service. I had a good offer, they helped me in everything, they were friendly and answered all my questions. Thank you, it was very nice.

I made an online appointment for a cracked screen repair. I gave the information for the model of my phone etc, well in advance. I had my child with me, but I scrambled to get there on time because they said they might cancel if youre more than 15 minutes late. I arrived and they did not have my part in. Not only that, but the fellow wanted my private phone password, which I've never been asked for before at a repair shop. He also asked for very irrelevant information such as my plan cost and details, and then tried to sell me a Telus plan. I will be going to an alternative repair shop... im not ok with my phone password etc being used 'to test'. The other online reviews all seem too good to be true.

I've bought 10 phones from them. They've replaced 5 screens. I recently got the warranty on my personal phone warrantied (they replaced my broken screen for free). Rahim is the best guy they have. They say 1-2 hours for each repair ... when in reality it's approx 5-10 mins. Very quick, reliable service. Great for 2nd hand iphones (that we use for work).

I asked so many questions about my phone and they answered all of them without an attitude. Nil and Saraj helped me a lot and their service was fantastic. They gave me good advice and suggestions. The Mobile Klinik is located right outside the elevator before you go down into the subway. They fix phone on the spot. They also buy old phones, sell phones, sell accessories and provide phone service....I believe by Telus.

Took a samsung mobile with issue of not hearing calls loud enough. The person at the shop suggested most likely dust issues, cleaned it and the phone was loud and clear then. Happy that they kept me honest and fixed it quick.

My issue: I had been dropping my cell phone (in a case) several times, and the back cover was starting to separate, but was held in place by the cover. Well, a week ago, I decided to remove the cover, thinking to clean the phone and cover, and suddenly the screen went black. Wouldn't charge, nothing. All this was happening while I was coordinating a move. Luckily I found my spare phone, and found these guys! I originally called them saying, I need to replace my cracked screen. Service: Excellent! When I got there, Nil took a look at the back in case it was a battery issue, and a micro tiny screw loose and some other golden-coloured piece, both were the reasons why I could never close up the back cover. Once he removed those and closed it all up, it worked again! Even though I asked how I could compensate them, he said it was no charge. Amazing! I offered him and another associate some McDonalds across the street but they declined. Overall: Pleasant men working there, very kind, and gracious! I'll come back to them the next time I have phone issues! =D

Definitely 5 star! I recommend this repair shop! History: I bought a second hand iphone from my coworker and it had these glitching and randomly opening the apps. By the time, my phone suddenly turned all black and couldn't even factory reset my phone since its not showing me anything at all even the apple logo. Yesterday, when I went here to get it fixed, I was welcomed. They cleaned my phone charger port and gave me details about what they would and could do. The next day(today), when I went to pick up my phone, they were also did a full on diagnostic test on my phone to make sure everything are fine! I love how they were so professional and friendly! I would come back here again if I need some repairs!

Tried to switch from one mobile provider to another, and ran into an impossible situation (problem was that the switch did not happen as planned and my incoming and outgoing text was disabled). Although Mobile Klinik set up the transfer appropriately, the two providers had interface problems. Tried to call both providers to see where the problem lay, and could not connect because they required that I first input a number that they would send via text (which I could not receive or respond to). Rahim was extremely helpful and ran effective interference with the providers, and eventually I got transferred. He then called me a day later to confirm that my connections were working ok. Great customer service.
