HORRIBLE SERVICE. my mom waited 3 hours to get her finger injury checked, and when she went to the nurse to say it's difficult for her to stay any longer as she's a diabetic patient. the nurse responded saying, "fine, go then, you don't need to wait" very RUDELY. RIDICULOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour. Beyond inconsiderate. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Waste of our time.

---UPDATE--- Thanks for getting back to me. However again I was NOT told the clinic is a walk in clinic on Wednesdays and that you guys take appointments on Wednesdays. As such I was put to meet the doctor at 4:30pm. When I was complaining about the situation NONE of the staff at the clinic had an idea of why I was told the above and literally made me look like I made this up. Why would I just walk in at 4:30pm knowing that this clinic only takes walk-ins and 4:30pm is literally the busiest time of the day when people are getting off work/school? If walk in is the only available option I would have waited till the next morning. And I've also seen other people having the same issue with me based on your previous reviews. You guys need to have better training for your receptionists. You can't just not be consistent with customers and make them look like they're making this up. ---- What's the point of making an appointment when you've literally been waiting for 2 hours from the appointment time and it's still not your turn? What a waste of time. Staffs are also unhelpful. Thinking the positive reviews might have been written by them 🤔

Both Persian Doctors are wonderful here . Dr Ali Khakpour and Dr Majlesi Koupaei . They are very nice, polite, knowledgeable and very experienced . Both are very professional and they always go above and beyond and do their best for all the patients . The only thing here is the wait time which is too long....there's a walk in clinic near me but I always prefer this one . Even the receptionists are very helpful and well-mannered.

I had a time sensitive issue and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. The staff was accommodating , helpful and friendly. The doctor was great, took care of my issue and made me feel comfortable. Saved me a lot of unnecessary stress. Would recommend

I am Sorry to write my review but I really need to write my today experience , the Clinic is nice Dr. Hamid and Dr.Ali are so nice and professional but unfortunately the first thing you face when you go there is the reception and I am sorry to tell you that the lady working there that I am not sure about her name (Sherly!) has an attitude, seems she always has a bad day!!!! I didn't have a good experience with her before, so I always try to not deal with her when I go to the clinic, but today as the other nice girl ,that she is also working in the reception , was on the phone, Ms.sherly took care of my request and we unfortunately had an argument , she surprisingly was following me to the Doctor's room and acting so rude to me!!!! that made me think about changing my clinic...

Writing this as I'm waiting on line. In here for follow up with my doc for my results. This is my 2nd time. First time was ok I guess as I only waited for 1 hour-ish first time. But, today, it's taking a lot longer. As I am still in line, it's currently at 2hr 30mins ish waiting time for me. I was told at first it will be around 30-40mins. This is absurd, like I would have loved an estimation which is an estimation lol. Not like telling me 30 mins but in reality it's 2hrs 30mins fast. I know this is not usual case but it's really deceiving when this has good ratings but yea. I can't say much about the doctor as I visited once. The doctor was good and was able to explain me what's wrong and such easily, so props to that. It's just that this is not the best experience interms of waiting. Not likely coming back, maybe. Still waiting, at 2hrs 30mins ish right now. Saw a lot of people coming after me and going in first, more salt to the wound. I just hope it gets better. I’m not sure even if this clinic is allowed to practice medicine. It’s more like an illegal underground drug center. An aggressive receptionist threat people to bring security if you question her. With a loud voice, she was telling me “I did you a favour to put your name in the waiting list” (I used their app which ultimately I learned that they don’t care about the orders in that app). Ask her name and she will shout at you. Finally, a doctor named Hamid Majlessi Koupaei came to talk like a civilized person but that receptionist still cutting his words but for some reasons that doctor was afraid stopping her too. It was like an action movie. Just make sure you are not going there alone, it’s not a safe place. Also take a look at their responses to all past negative feedback, they’ve never apologized from customers.

I have a very positive experience with Dr. Majlesi. Although my appointments were online and never been in this clinic but generally he is very knowledgeable, put time abd asked so many questions to don't miss anything, explained his diagnosis patiently and his prescription were effective. Usually when I get disappointed from my family Dr. get an appointment with him to ask his opinion.

I had a positive experience with this Clinic. The diagnosis and treatment for my chronic pain were effective. The staff was friendly and personable, creating a comfortable experience. The doctor's good behavior and clear explanations instilled confidence. It's a professional and welcoming environment that I would recommend to others.

The best medical clinic in North York, the Doctors are very professional and on point with their diagnosis. The two front desk staffs are very knowledgeable and polite, they the engine to that clinic, and the wait can be a bit long, but thats because of the doctor's shortage in the province. Am so disappointed with this comment from Nitin, what a idiot to suggest those two hard working, friendly ladies at the front should go.I think you need to review your comment, as it doesn't reflect those hard working ladies. Shirley and Jenny, please continue doing a great job, and thanks for always taking care of my elderly parents.

I recently had the pleasure of Being under the care of Dr. Majlessi, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service provided. He always can explain complex medical information clearly and understandably. He always took the time to address my concerns with genuine care and attention. What sets Dr. Majlessi apart is not only his medical expertise but also their compassionate approach to patient care. Any time that I walked into the clinic, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The receptionists were always friendly and efficient, and creating a positive impression.

The staff here were very rude and disrespectful. Waited 3 weeks to get my blood test results because they "forgot" about them and were "too busy" to tell me. That is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional! Never visiting this clinic again. A complete waste of time. Highly not reccomended.

I have been having severe chronic debilitating lower back that prohibited me from being able to perform simple daily activities, I was unable to sit stand or lie due to pain and discomfort, this led me to several emergency room visits where I was treated and discharged with morphine and other painkillers for relief. I prayed to GOD and was led to Dr David Weyrauch and let me tell you in one session this Angel with his healing hands was able to bring immediate physical and emotional relief. He explained to me in debt the connection between the nervous system and the brain and that a reset or reconnect would help with healing. Anyway I can babble forever about my experience, but in a nutshell he was empathetic, he was attentive to my concerns, he educated me on what was transpiring and he executed therapy that brought drastic and much needed relief without any medication!!!? My experience was one that I have never ever encountered and I thank GOD for leading me to Dr David and I thank you Dr David even more for helping me especially after I have been turned away and my complaints dismissed for months. I highly recommend Dr David Weyrauch for all Chiropractic care and his receptionist is absolutely amazing and very pleasant 20/10 !!!!

Dr. Majlessi is friendly and professional; he goes above and beyond to provide his patients with the best treatment, medical advice, and follow ups. If required, he does not hesitate to refer his patients to professional specialists and labs to optimize and enhance the diagnosis and treatment. Too bad the good work of the doctors is not sustained by their receptionists . On March 14 between 4-5 pm I called dozens of times the phone number. Nobody answered. Left message , nobody cared. Finally on two occasion the phone was answered ( the same person - the one in front of the reception). First after listening what I was saying she put me on hold - and that was ! Second time same person answered and while my husband was explaining the matter she started laughing with someone , obviously not listening. After a while she said “hold on……” put me on hold and thats it ! Not the first time when she shows being totally unprofessional. She is ruining your reputation. If you don’t care ….. keep her !!!

I had severe covid and I called for phone call .The receptionist asked me lots of questions about my covid and asked me to send picture of test by email and asked me to keep an eye on my phone for call from Doctor. I sent pictures and I waited till 10 pm at night but nobody call me.!

I brought my Cosin and family to this clinic they’re newcomers and doctor Ali saw them he is very good with kids and very patient and the receptionist are very friendly specially Shirley she is amazing even though they don’t speak good English but she understands and listen very attentively I recommend this place highly. Doctors are caring and responsible. Receptionists are very kind. They can also draw blood on site, which saves you a trip to the lab.

I reviewed this clinic last year but today, almost a year later, I feel the need to update my review and share it. I would like to thank them for being so welcoming and accepting me even after their working hours (because of my job, I typically arrive after their working hours). Doctor Hamid and Doctor Ali are unquestionably great. Sherly ( front desk receptionist )waited a very long time after her regular working hours on Valentine's Day to receive the doctor's approval of my prescription, that was very precious to me. Sherly and I didn't get along well last year seems may be either of us was having a bad day, but after almost a year, I have to admit that she is such a sweetheart who is helpful, compassionate, and supporting. I highly recommend this clinic👍🏼

Visiting from out of province with my baby daughter and was seen quickly! From the time I checked in at 9 am to the time I left was roughly 20-30 minutes. Doctor was very friendly and helped calm my nerves with my first child's first illness.

One of the best doctors (Dr Khakpour and Dr Majlessi) in town. Very kind and knowledgeable. Both doctors at this medical clinic take their time to diagnosed the issue. Very much recommended.

I have spent years trying to find a great family doctor, and I am so happy I found not just a great doctor (Dr. Koupaei) but also a great office. The medical reception and the medical team are all so helpful and are there for you when you need them. Can't thank you enough. Such a relief to finally find the medical support I needed.

I am being treated for two difficult conditions and I can say that Dr. Majlessi Koupaei Hamidreza's care, interest and expertise have been of great help. His assistant is great also but I don't recall her name.

100 dollar's must-pay and 2 hours' wait, the doctor told me go home and drink water

Hours posted for Mondays are incorrect (only current reason for negative review - one would imagine it would be important for a medical clinic to have accurate hours). Walked in a bit after 6pm and was told they were closed. Neither receptionist knew of an open one in the area. Seemed nice inside though, masks available for visitors.

If you have time to wait, this place is fine. I waited more than three hours to see a doctor. They clearly don’t have enough doctors on staff to keep up with the demand.

Staff is very polite and skilled however there is no respect to patient’s time. Waiting hours prolong to 4 - 5 hours. Imagine the trouble someone goes through with a genuine medical problem.

I received exceptional care from the receptionist, Shirly, at North York City Center Medical Clinic. Despite the busy environment, she went above and beyond to make me feel valued and cared for. Dr. Majlesi effectively took care of my issue and provided me with the right prescription. I visited this place with my kids. The person who greeted me with a smile in front made me feel good, and the kind doctor skillfully looked after the children and explained in detail my curiosity and the child's illness. If you need a walk-in clinic, come here!

Dr Ali Khakpour is one of the best.

I tried calling the clinic to book an appointment and the lady on the phone (seemed like she had an eastern european accent) told me that I could come in on Monday and she did not even bother asking me for information (time, name, my phone number). She went silent for a few seconds and dropped the call. Very unprofessional and extremely unhelpful! I am very disappointed.

Dr. Majlesi and Dr.Khakpour are very professional and staff are friendly and quick to respond. I changed my address but not my clinic!

I was told on phone that STD testing can be done here. When I visited, I was asked to wait for 40 minutes until the doctor arrived only to give me a form and ask me to go to any lab for the test. They won’t do it here lol Unprofessional and chaotic, please avoid!

I was looking for a family Dr a few years ago but no one was available due to covid time. Then I went to this clinic and both Dr khakpour and Dr. Kopaie were so kind and caring. They are not just good Drs but also great humans. The receptionists are also polite and very helpful

Brutal. Appointment was booked, waited for hours. Apparently the dr. Was on holiday but even so. If you’re scheduled for an appointment the time should honoured.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH DOCTOR! They send over their doctor’s assistant to do the job because doctor is busy in the resting area chilling and talking on the phone as he is very loud. And when he does come to the room he spends 1-3 minutes doing nothing not even ANSWERING questions so rude! disgusting to see such inhumane behaviour in people who are so called educated! go learn humanity first

Dr. Majlessi and Dr. Khakpour are the best. I cannot appreciate their valuable service enough. Whenever my family members or I have any health problems this clinic is the first place we go. They kindly help us themselves or refer us to a specialist in case it is needed. I have a family physician, but almost always, I'd rather wait for a few hours in this walk-in than be seen by him 2 or 3 weeks later. Not to mention the lovely patient-physician rapport these knowledgeable and skillful doctors keep with me and my family.

My family and I are fortunate to have Drs. Majlessi and Khakpour, along with their dedicated staff, especially Sherley, in our neighborhood. I appreciate it that they are doing their best to provide the best possible care.

The most careless and irresponsible staff work at this clinic. The first time, the receptionist carelessly wrote someone else's information on my receipt, causing me trouble. I had to revisit the clinic for correction. When I took the medical sheet to the drive test office, after a long wait, they told me the wrong date was written, and irresponsibly, they had written the date for the next year. I had to take two days off work to correct the mistake by returning to the clinic.
