Excellent food and friendly and accommodating staff! I see why this place is so highly rated. Foreigner friendly too as they do have English menus. Only minor issue was that I couldn't use my credit card to pay for some reason that I'm fairly sure was due to my lack of Japanese skills. But luckily I had cash on hand. Anyway, my personal favorite in terms of flavoring the meat was just the rock salt on the meat itself. With a close second favorite being the wasabi + soysauce combo for the meat. First time having tororo but it was very delicious! Especially mixed with the rice as they suggested. I went for the 1.5 set which had like 195g of meat on it. Well worth the price IMO. With that said, the 2x set is an even better deal for the price if you have room in your stomach for it. All in all, fantastic place to dine at! Especially for a solo traveler like myself.

Really, really yummy cut of beef. Way more filling than it looks as well, would definitely recommend getting 2 pieces (we ordered 1.5 and it was just slightly too little). Awesome spot for a meal!

The best tonkatsu I ever ate! The staff is so accommodating even if I went there alone. They have english menu with image of the food so it's easy to choose the food you want. Although it's a bit pricy 2000yen~ , the food was worth it. They also accepts cashless payments , credit cards.

Unique style of steak. Serve deep fried rare then you do the rest of the sizzling yourself on a hot plate. Tastes pretty good!

Wow. The most amazing quality meat cooked to your preferred done-ness on your very own hot stone. Returned twice in one week it was so great.

Restaurant is located on the second floor. This is a chain of restaurants and they are all very good. The breaded beef cutlet is so soft and tasty which you cook it to your liking. This is a casual restaurant. Your clothes will smell afterwards so watch what you wear. They had English menus and some of the staff spoke English. Definitely a highlight and must try.

The beef is very tender. Price/quality is good. The only thing is the restaurant gets a lot of greasy smell.

My goto 1st meal whenever I come to Tokyo, cheap and good quality 10/10
