Delicious pizza with a crunchy base and generous toppings. The owner is lovely-- if you want to support the local businesses, having dinner here is an excellent place to start! Will definitely come again next time we're in Troyes.

We had great pizza and decent wine in this place. Sitting on the street is not moat enjoyable experience as quite some people are passing by from close by IBIS hotels and cinema. Pizza was perfect if you like thin bottom and great ingredients. I enjoyed discussion with owner who speaks English. If you have taste for excellent pizza in simple environment you should come here.

Simply excellent! Did not have such a good pizza in years. The restaurant looks inconspicuous from the outside, but it´s absolutely worthwile entering. Very friendly owner speaking English - and he knows how to make an extremely delicious pizza! Highest recommendation!

Great Pizza, great guy, great bird! The food is really good, but the chef himself and the bird are the ones, who make the experience unique! You know he cooks the pizza with love! 12/10 would eat again! Best Pizza in Town!

Great service the owner is super friendly and has a really fun parrot. When we went to eat his parents were eating too, which provided a nice cosy and warm atmosphere too. Really cute and great place.

The best pizza I ever had. I drove 6 hours from London to Troyes as we will go to ski tomorrow. I google and find some good reviews for this restaurant. It really impressed me. The boss is so nice and the pizza is so good. Please give it a try when you come to Troyes.

Despite its modest size with only six tables, what sets this place apart is the personal touch - the same person who cooks these mouthwatering pizzas is the one serving them. Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior; it's a classic case of 'don't judge a book by its cover.' Inside, you're in for a treat with their homemade, thin, hand rolled and delightfully crispy pizzas. Simplicity is their secret, and it works wonders. My personal favorite was the Andouillette pizza - an explosion of flavors that left me craving for more. In fact, it's safe to say that this was the best pizza I've ever had. What's even better is that they cater to a variety of tastes, including vegans, with a range of delectable options. The icing on the cake? We’ll we come to this little gem passing by from the ibises hotel to go for food in the main town and come in for a dink and found are selfs staying for food and drinks till the end ! All i can say is THE BEST PIZZA S EVER .thin base 👍will go again. Hopefully if there still around when I come back, has the saying says use them or lose them 🧐 101 %
