spent

here.
First
of
all
I
want
to
said
that
staff
were
amazing
and
very
helpful.
They
are
trying
to
solve
our
concerns
and
looking
are
really
interested
with
it.
They
are
warm
and
kind
persons.
Huge
greetings
to
you
guys

However,
we
found
that
value/
service
was
not
good.
Breakfasts
was
very
average
but
staff
did
their
best
to
get
it
better.
Just
imagine,
in
Ubud
where
always
raining
and
100%
humidity,
there
is
no
hangers
or
dryer
or
whatever
that
help
to
do
your
wet
clothing
are
normal.
Also,
there
is
space
between
slide
doors
in
a
front
of
your
territory
that
is
good
way
for
insects
to
your
room.
There
were
plenty
ants
of
all
kinds:
flying
ants,
termites
and
very
small
ants
that
going
on
your
table.
WiFi
was
not
stable,
sometimes
I
needed
to
wrote
to
reception
to
restart
router.
Cleaning
was
quite
unstable
and
I
didn't
get
how
it
works
until
check
out.
Bathroom
is
not
fitted
with
photo
on
booking.
There
was
a
lot
of
mold
on
the
wall
and
very
warm
and
wet.
I'm
eating
a
lot
of
pills
from
allergy
for
whole
week.
It
was
the
most
expensive
our
villa
on
Bali
but
before
and
after
our
accommodation
was
much
better.
Origin
ubud
need
to
do
a
lot
of
work
for
improving
their
service.
Anyway
it
was
pretty
nice
place,
if
price
was
x2
lower
I
suggest
this
villa's.
But
at
the
moment
you
can
find
better
options.
