This is not a 5-star hotel as indicated on Google Maps incorrectly so, but one should see that reflected with the price. Good value, modern hotel in Ümraniye. Rooms have comfortable beds and are a decent size. Ikmet from house-keeping was best part, he turns over all the rooms extremely efficiently, excellent attention to detail and always cheerful, friendly &.helpful! Only thing really lacking was no breakfast included.

For one night it's ok but for couple days not good,it was loft were i stayed you can hear the sound of next doors,there's is no breakfast,toilet doors is not lockable. Reception was ok,when you ned something they were answering,

The hotel was arranged by Flymedi, the agency that managed my surgery process in Istanbul. Imagine you are discharged from the Hospital 20 hrs after your surgery to arrive at a very bad hotel that will keep waiting for an hour because they don't have your room ready. the room is tiny, close to the generator so you can't open the window, but I had to open the window because the AC smells very bad like old socks mixed with wet cigarettes. the mini-fridge was broken, how am I suppose to apply a cooling pad on my wounds? I had to request ice every single hour. the room has ants and crocks, we asked to change it but they said no other room is available but we can upgrade for double the price. although the prices online are way way cheaper! the wi-fi was weak to non, I ended up using my cell data. the hotel didn't give us any instruction except for the point that we can't bring food from outside. I called and asked if the breakfast is included (Kate didn't clarify that to me), they said yes, one plate per person. then I was surprised when I checked out that only a specific item on the breakfast menu was included and I have to pay for the breakfast I had. due to this problem, I couldn't get any sleep the night before my flight and had to contact Flymedi up to 4:30 am to resolve this issue. the driver picked me up at 5:15 am.

Lovely hotel with great rooms. Staff very friendly. Bed comfortable. Lovely stay for a few nights. Only negative is that the hotel is slightly hidden away so a little difficult to find.

It is great value for the price. Clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Over a period of time they evolved to better everyday. Improved what they can offer to host their clients

Loved the hotel, stayed for 11 days. Everyone was so lovely from the staff, they communicate very well and try so hard to please everything you ask. The food at the restaurant is amazing, everything was so good and delicious. The room was clean, big and stylish. Thank you for your hospitality, will definitely come back in near future.

The hotel is a 3*, not 5* like it says on google. I was a little concerned due to some bad reviews and pictures. My first stay in Turkey and Istanbul. I stayed here for 8 nights. The standard room was unfortuantely very very small, but the bathroom was nice. I missed more sockets to charge devices. Also lights were a little strange to use. Internet sometimes worked a little more slow. The location is not really great, as it is far from popular sightseeings. The surrounding are a little dirty and chaotic, but just 1-2km away there is a big shopping center, bus stations and metro, restaurants... You can go everywhere from there. The food in restaurant is good, but nothing special. Spa has very good massages for a cheap price. In Europe you would pay 3-4 times more. The biggest plus of this hotel is the staff. They are very kind, helpful and professional. From restaurant, to spa, to cleaners, taxi driver and especially at the reception. They also speak very good English, which is a little rare for Turkey from my current experiences. If we needed something, they helped us immediatly. There was a little misunderstandment in our room, but they were professional about it. The hotel is simple, with a good price, but very friendly workers. Teşekkürler The city suites hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The manager even called a rental car office for me and asked my questions since I done speak Turkish. The loft was clean and had a balcony. It was a bit smaller than expected but not disappointing. Had a fantastic time. Just don’t order the burger 😅.

It isn't a 5 star hotel but it has everything, the staff are super nice and helpful. The food is amazing we stayed there for 6 nights and had most of our food from their restaurant as we loved it. They didn't had alcohol but they ordered it from outside for us and served us greatly. Really Clean room but if you have food inside the room ants would come from the balcony. The standard room is kinda small but we got use to it and it was fine. We enjoyed our stay amazing price but perhaps next time we're gonna spend more to stay in a better location hotel. But for this price everything was amazing

Small modern hotel on the Asian side of Istanbul. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and courteous staff. Reception speaks English. Cozy restaurant with delicious inexpensive dishes and the spa area with a hammam bath is highly recommended. Overall, a very good price performance ratio and a pleasant stay. We will come back. Greetings to the whole Team.

It's nice place with nice staff, even though the single room is little bit small and thin wall don't do something loud 😂. I don't recommend the message. And The restaurant good.

The staff are absolutely amazing, the reception and kitchen staff go above and beyond, make sure to tip them if you can, I can not speak any Turkish and they speak fantastic English, the food is very good I ate there my entire stay and was very satisfied. the only bad points is never eat food in your room as we got alot of ants that came in from the balcony, if they had got anywhere else I would of left immediately but they were gone after I removed food from my room and had the cleaner put bug spray down, they offered me another room so I was happy to stay, I would stay here again 😊

The rooms were not clean. Reserved for 6 guests through a business relation. Lack of warm water… and the worst of all, there were holes in the walls. Never again..
