Worst ever experience, do not recommend. Beds are ruined, uncomfortable, mattress is destroyed and not easy to sleep on. Heating system very complex you need to call them everytime you need to warm or cool the room. Service is bad, would not even carry our bags, parking is not available only Valet which you need to tip everytime. Then at the end they charge us of lost parking ticket. Would never try again, terrible stay.

The best place to stay. Plan was stay somewhere close to the Grand Bazar, for my guests so that can go out anytime they want to but I’m glad I stayed here. The place was recommended by friend of mine ,from beginning when you set your feet in you are facing a receptionists who are smart, kind with smile on their face and also willing to help. Beautiful,clean,modern and well built hotel with amazing view surrounded by tall buildings and local shops and groceries. The staff are really kind and whenever you need them they are there for you,the food was amazing ,hot and delicious with a lot of verity Turkish ,Mediterranean . At last but not least I would like to thank the whole team at THE PLACE SUITES who made our visit remarkably amazing and memorable. We will definitely see you soon. Do not hesitate to go elsewhere,100% recommended .

Despite the absence of a few standard amenities for an apartment hotel, the positive aspects significantly overshadowed the drawbacks. We relished dining at local eateries in the vicinity, benefited from prompt deliveries via Getir, and cherished gatherings in the spacious two-bedroom apartment. The major downside, however, was the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The individual rooms lacked air conditioning, with a single unit located solely in the living space.

Pros: +Very affordable rooms for the location that I needed to be in. Plenty of little grocery stores and restaurants in a short walking distance. +Room was a spacious one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a living room and small kitchen which had an oven. +While staff were very casual, they were able to assist in hailing me a taxi after check out. Cons: -Rough around the edges in terms of the quality of the rooms. The floor heating was way too high and no way to turn it down. Had to turn on the AC to counter it. The bathroom vents transferred sound from other rooms. Renovations were done but it doesn't feel polished. -Cleanliness is acceptable but not the best. Parting Thoughs: If you just need a place to stay for a few nights while exploring the area, this place is fine. It won't amaze you but it also won't make you regret the decision.

The aura was amazing! Very quiet, super clean, friendly resection (they helped us with everything), complete and delicious breakfast, every day housekeeping! Very beautiful balcony; you can drink your tea and relax! Value of money! Strongly recommended ☺️

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, but unfortunately there is no Wi-Fi everywhere, it constantly asks for a connection and is unstable. So if you need to work during your stay online, it is impossible.

Very clean and modern decorations inside rooms. View ans balcony was a big plus and staff are quickly respond to any request. I'm a returned customer and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great and perfect place for the rest! Stayed here for 2 months. And we are really satisfied! Very clean and quite big rooms. There is kitchen and other stuff for cooking. Laundry service as well. So comfortably! A separate moment is the hotel staff,everyone are kind,hospitable and communicative! They helped always, everywhere and with everything,even helped me with organizing my friend's birthday with pleasure,it was really fun and pleased! In general the price corresponds to the quality. Thank you!
