Most of the people know this as LABAID UTTARA. It is a very well known hospital in Uttara. Emergency takes a little more money as per the standard. The treatment of the hospital is very good and the cabin ward is very clean. There are some drug stores next to and below this hospital. Many drugs are not available here and the money is relatively high. For diagnostic tests, you can easily rely on them. Their test results are comparatively good and the doctors are well manared here. Labaid outlet no2 in Uttara. Nice and clean. Has good number of specialized Doctor. Easy to get appointments and good seating area available.

The quality of their service is good. Each floor is clean enough. The doctors here are very highly educated. Doctors can be found for all kinds of diseases. Different types of tests are done here and the quality of their tests is good. All in all it is a good quality diagnostic center.

new building & good environment. but the ground floor is too crowded. they should shift the sample collection or xray unit upstairs.

LabAid charges lot of monery for testing. The person who goes to patient/patients house to draw sample also charge convince separately.(Uttara 18 RAJUK project). There is no instruction in billing and website that if representative goes to draw the sample then there will be additional charge as convince. At one hand they charge lot for testing and on the other hand representative charges convince seprately which does not make sense. Basically when you call the labaid person, from other side that person will provide a telephone number to contact. When you call him he will tell you how much convince he wants to go to your house to draw sample. Not sure these people are fulltime employee of LabAid or they work based on the convince they ask to customers and they make. The authority should disclose their policy and guidelines to customers.
