Dr.Tang's does not listen to you or your concerns. She is arrogant and dismissive.

Dr Lan Tang is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She always has time to listen to concerns I have have. She is incredibly kind and caring. Dr Tangs receptionist always returns my calls and keeps me updated on health tests. She is one kind and efficient individual! Glad she is my family Dr!

Impossible to reach, receptionist is rude.

My wife booked an appointment one month in advance and Dr.Tang cancelled on her two days before the appointment. I needed a simple TB test but couldn't get a hold of the receptionist, so I had to get it done at a walk-in. Then the receptionist called and WARNED me not to see a walk-in doctor. Apparently she has time to warn me but not to book me an appointment. And I do understand that I am obliged to see my family doctor instead of a walk-in, but the family doctor also has an obligation to provide timely care to his/her patients. And Dr.Tang failed me. Lastly- it is incredible that when you get a prescription from Dr.Tang, you don't automatically get a piece of paper with your description. The in-house pharmacy does, and you'd have to refuse the in-house pharmacy and ASK them to print your prescription.
