The staff were very nice and were able to describe the dishes they had thoroughly. They checked on us regularly while we ate, and provided good suggestions for drinks and desserts. The food was phenomenal, the vegetarian options were the as good as the meat options, and the food is well priced for how high quality it is. This restaurant is definitely one of the authentic non-Italian cuisine places on the busier strips of Venice, and is able to be revisited on the same trip due to their extensive menu.

Simply one of the most beautiful and delicious Indian restaurants I have ever eaten in. Both indoor and canal side dining options available, you can truly enjoy the Venetian dining experience eating al fresco next to a super quiet and picturesque canal. The food is outrageously good and the service is kind, considered and super fast. We eat here for our first night in Venice and came back a further three times since it was so good. An absolute 10/10 dining experience and our thanks to the staff and team for some beautiful evenings and amazing food in Venice! See you again soon! Rob (+ Emma)

Went here for an early dinner, food was excellent, very good recommendations by the owner. Quick service. A bit hard to find but with Google maps it's accurate. Nice outdoor seating. Good hindi music playing. We ordered Samosa, kadhai paneer, dal, rice and Nan, it was really good. Owner paid personal interest to our choice of spice. Highly recommended for Indian Food in Venice.

Exceptional meal tonight. Every entree was flavorful and brought to the table hot from the kitchen, including the delicious garlic naan. Service was attentive and friendly, and prices were very reasonable for Venice. I cannot wait to dine here again.

This place was a total savoir after the scarce options for a vegetarian in Venice… Although I love food in general and enjoyed all the pasta, pizza in Venice, the first bite of their Punjabi samosa was divine😍 Also loved the quality of their naan and Kadhai paneer… the ambience was warm and welcoming. Friendly staff as well !! We enjoyed the dinner so much that we landed up taking parcel the next day and the Veg biryani was delicious too😍 it was a little spicy though so if you can’t take spice at all, inform them in advance😀 would definitely recommend them to anyone who visits Venice😀

They serve Halal meat. I visited in October 2019.The food taste is phenomenal. If you are looking for a Indian fine dine restaurant, with river side seating, i would highly recommend this place to go. One can enjoy a scrumptious meal while sitting beside the canal and relishing the eyes with view of colorful venetian houses and boats I ordered a Mutton curry and Naan. Mutton was aptly cooked and Both Naan and curry were ambrosial with authentic Indian touch. Both vegetarian and non- vegetarian food options are available here. Prices are very decent from a fine dining restaurant perspective The waiters here are very courteous , and handsome too:).

The best Indian / Mughlai cuisine restaurant in Venice at the Grand Canal. Take the train to Venizia Santa Lucia Station and walk along the canal for 15 min to reach the restaurant. The service is awesome too and they get you food tasting better than India within minutes. Not too costly as well, paid around 4k (Indian rupees equivalent) for a meal for 2 people.

One of the good restaurants, authentic Indian food. The quality of the food was good, if you get a table beside the canal you can have a great evening. Prices are reasonable and you have a great variety of dishes. You see food less oily in all the dishes than an average restaurant Sanitary protocol is well followed. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I visited Venice twice in 3 years and in both the visits quality consistency is well maintained. Bravo!

A truly 5-star Indian restaurant. Must visit place when you are around. +Super friendly staff. Very warm and welcome and always smiling. We enjoyed our stay throughout. +Adnan (one of the staff) was really helpful with everything. Felt like home here because of him. I see dining as an experience and Adnan made it a memorable one. + Every single food item is delicious. Hats off to their chef and cooks. The butter chicken is perfect. Biryani with flavorful spices + Decent prices - The place might look crowded and conjusted if it is full. But it was ok when we visited the place. So, it is a must visit place if you are in Venice, Italy. (I know I am coming here again)

Very nice decor and ambience. Excellent service and presentation. Good food and quick service all at reasonable price. The flavors of food are authentic, not the watered down version of Indian food you'll find at most other tourist places. I think the owners have done a good job with everything!

Well currently the only Indian joint available in Venice. Food is extravagant to every item in list. Quite a nice little place with great ambiance to be in with hint of Indian music playing in background. Owner and staff are very polite and services are good. Place is little costly. Dinner for 2 will wound up around €70-100. In Lunch hour it's closed they only serve dinner so that's an issue.

Excellent Indian restaurant in a bustling area of Venice. Came in on a Saturday night with no reservation and managed to get a table for two right away. We were given some complimentary papadams and dips as soon as we placed our order. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating with the inside being air conditioned. The butter chicken curry was great and more on the savoury side with a bit of a spice to it, wasn’t sweet at all which I didn’t mind. The chicken madras was outstanding! This place was a bit pricier than we’d usually spend for Indian food, most curries with meat sitting at 17 euros minimum and plane white rice at 7 euros, however being the only Indian restaurant in its vicinity and in a popular tourist spot, this is probably understandable. Overall, a great experience and we left feeling very satisfied!

sorry but I found this place expensive and weird... if you've had a curry before you should know what to expect when you order such curry... I expect every Indian adds their take on a dish but what is said in the menu and what we got was something else... again expensive too... photos of poppadoms and then we had to order the accomplishments to go with them! salad was slices of cucumber and carrot and onion.... big fat slices! 😂

Came to Venice for 3nights and after eating mostly Italian food for days we wanted to go Indian. Was in touch with them thru google chats. Very fast response online if you have enquiries. However when I called to order 2 dishes for take away. The person on the phone asks is that all any other food the briyani portion is a small bowl thats because your portion is made to be in a stingy manner. I ordered a lamb seekh kebab and a chicken briyani less spicy. Firstly absolutely appalled by the insane pricing of the kebab 21 Euro. Im from Singapore and a good portion costs abt 13-16$ max over there from a good restaurant. The briyani is done in a short cut way. Please note its not dum briyani. Its simply briyani rice coloured with chunks of like chicken tikka inside. Ital India you have clearly taken advantage of people who really wanna eat home kinda food or something Asian for the westerners. The food isnt worth the price or hype. Its absolutely overpriced and ive eaten much better and decently priced in Florence too. I asked for just onions and lime which is given on the side fr most restaurants. They told me salad is chargeable. But i just asked for few Slices of onions how crazy is that. First and last purchase there!

A beautiful view to the canal with yummy food! The service was very hospitable and friendly. I felt very welcomed as a Muslim too, since pakistani people work there and the food was marked as halal. The prices and the dish sizes are absolutely okey.

One of the best restaurant (Indian food) in Venice, nice place and amazing taste, the food is yummy 😋, they charge some amount for dining charges on top of the food bill. Still it’s worth to have food there. Value for money, good to try if you wish to have Indian food in Venice

Not a paid review Who would imagine getting desi food in city like venice. It was an absolute pleasure to enjoy the food, ambiance and service. We ordered their mix grill, butter chicken and chicken karahi. Everything was delicious served with fresh naan only chicken karahi could have been better. Cherry on top was karak chae. Food:8/10 ambiance:8/10 service:10/10

Because of the high reviews and a change of flavor, we went to ITAL INDIA. IT DID NOT DISSAPOINT. I had butter chicken, and i would say it ranks top on my fav Indian plates. There was an Indian family that walked from the other side of the island to get there, and they said it was well worth it. Go there if you want a change. We went on a weeknight, no wait. Service was quick and very friendly!

Absolutely AMAZING and AUTHENTIC desi food. After having disappointed experience with pizza in Venice, this was a gem find. The staff was very friendly. Must recommend to travellers esp who live in home away from home

Was looking for a break from pizza and pasta and was desperate for some taste of home and this place delivered. The food we ordered was delicious and was just like what I'm use to at home. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the seating area was nicely decorated. Would highly recommend this Indian restaurant with its very authentic Indian food.

We came here to Venice for the first time. We were met with the most kind and professional staff. We had amazing butter chicken with authentic naan. I would come back to Venice just to eat here again. Amazing vibes and very clean!

This food was so flavorful! Service was lovely, they were so kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was definitely relaxing and welcoming. I love spice, so I was elated to find many options to increase the spice. Be mindful about the cost, because it can be pricey, but eating here is definitely worth it!

After 3.5 days in Venice, we got a little tired of eating Italian food. So it was lovely to get something completely different. (I needed my spicy food fix) There are lots of options, all kinds of appetizers, chicken dishes, vegetarian, lamb dishes, curries and tandoori. The menu was also clearly indicated what dishes were spicy and not spicy (0-3 chillies) We ordered meat filled samosas, chicken madras (2 chili spice level), and garlic naan. The samosas came very hot (so, very fresh) and the chicken and naan was deliciously fragrant. I was very happy with my chicken madras and the spice level (I would say medium spice, but I like very very spicy food). I can't even get this good of Indian food in my town. If a friend asked me for the best restaurants we tried in Venice, this would definitely be in my top 3.

We have been in Italy for a week or so and was in the mood for a different type of cuisine. This place had gotten great reviews and was in a less touristy part of town so we were hoping for a great experience. It was the best Indian food I have ever had in my life. Service was impeccable. Next time I am in Venice, it will be impossible to not come here again. Wow!

Great food packed with flavours! Good portion (I could not finish mine) Don't need to book in advance and it is a bit further away from touristic spots but worth the walk and detour. Loved the food and would definitely go back before leaving Venice. Attentive service and delicious food 5*

Visiting from Canada and this is hands down one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever eaten in. The food was fresh, perfectly spiced and tasted just like moms cooking!! Staff are also very friendly with excellent service. If you're in Venice and have a urge for some proper Indian food, this is the place!

Such a great restaurant! We absolutely loved the food in here. I would recommend having chicken biryani and the mango lassi, you won't regret ordering that.

👍👍 The best pizza I’ve ever eaten & my family too. It’s all about the pizza base - they mastered it. 😍 Price is very reasonable. Great ambience. Long queues so worth booking for dinner.
