Rooms were perfect. Location is also great but it's hard to find local transportation/cabs. The hotel management did not assist us for any vehicle rentals. We got to know later that there are free shuttles from central mall to phuket old town , patong beach etc. So you can make use of them.

Facilities are good Bed is comfortable But the main issue was the reception and the check in experience. Didn’t feel welcome at all. We arrived close to 8pm and only 1 staff was on duty. Perhaps he was having a bad day. But honestly this is not how a front desk staff should be. Read a lot good reviews about the staffs and how they are all good but didn’t experience it at all.

Stayed there for three nights, because it was really closed to the clinic that my in law need to attend. Got room number 301, and it was really big. But sadly because it was near to the road, I can hear the noisy traffic every night. I book from Agoda and pay with card, but after I came there I need to pay at the accomodation because of the rules. My card didn't get any charged. I hope there will be some improvement, like adding more hanger at the bathroom and soundproof the whole window. It around five minutes walking distance to the Central Mall. Use the cross bridge to cross the road.

Excellent staff. Really helpful and thoughtful because of covid as well. Rooms are great with good facilities. Unfortunately no restaurant for obvious reason but overall great.

Incredible staff! We received some of the best level of service from these very hospitable staff. The hotel is beautiful with charming modern decor in the common areas and the rooms. The pool and pool area are beautiful. And within just a 10 min walk you can reach central mall and the weekend night market.

Awesome place. Newly openned. Acessible to malls, convenience store, hospitals/pharmacy, weekend market. Friendly staffs and good food. It's the best place to stay when you're in the heart of phuket city.

Nice and cozy hotel, quite accessible

This place is good for the price, the bed is surprisingly comfortable. It's quite annoying to hear a loud noise every time someone above you flushed, but you don’t hear cars even it was the roadside. Friendly and accommodating staff. Parking available.

For some inextricable reason the male reception on 28 Oct is perpetually angry and rude. Avoid this hotel to have a good experience.
