I really like this place for so many reasons; 1. Reception staff and the doctor are top tier when it comes to dealing with sick people. They made sure that my needs were met, my complaints were heard, and that they got me adequate help. It's really nice to feel like a person instead of just a number sometimes. (Plus they got me in-and-out of there within 15 minutes. That might be a record for me.) 2. Most urgent care centers are hyper predatory when it comes to money, so it was a massive relief that they valued my health instead of just seeing me as a piggy bank. That's healthcare where you put the people 1st. 3. It was only $65 ($5 processing fee as well) to be seen, and my medications on top of that were $17 at the pharmacy. They even made sure that my medications were on the good RX list so I could afford them. A lot of people have that barrier of finances preventing them from receiving appropriate and necessary care. This officeis so affordable that I don't have to choose between pang for my health or my bills, I can pay for both now. I really cannot recommend them enough, if you're in a bind financially and you need urgent care I highly recommend this place.

I recently moved and have no insurance. I've been out of my blood pressure medication and was feeling it. They got me in without a problem and filled my prescription for me. They are a blessing. Will return.

No waiting, clean facility. Responsive to my needs and symptoms. Will go there again. I don't have insurance and the office visit price is great.

It’s a “little” pricey for a quick visit; but, it was JUST that…a QUICK visit! The Dr who seen me was very patient, helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me while I rambled on. Even the nurse assistant who prepped me before seeing the Dr was the exact same. This was RIGHT before they closed too; that’s important to note because that means they have been seeing ppl allll day and at the end of it, they were STILL this kind and professional. We know how stressful a day gets! Highly recommend 👍🏼👌🏼

I can't recommend ICT Immediate Care enough. I've had several terrible healthcare experiences in my past that made me lose trust in the US healthcare system (including a misdiagnosis years ago that led to the end of my sports career). I was experiencing so much pain yesterday morning that I was unable to walk without assistance. ICT Immediate Care brought a wheelchair to my truck and took me inside. I received immediate and compassionate care, received a quick diagnosis, and was provided prescriptions to treat my ailments. Dr. Kerner was even gracious enough to write a prescription to refill my daily asthma medication since I started a new job and have a new insurance provider. I'm thankful to say I'm able to walk without assistance today, and I'm hopeful that the rest of my pain will subside by the time I finish the prescriptions. I want to note that I was surprised to learn they do not accept insurance upon arrival. HOWEVER, I believe the intent is to keep the cost of a visit as affordable as possible. The cost of the visit was only $65 cash, or $70 if using a card (they did accept my HSA card, aka pre-tax money, which is great), and that's actually less than my insurance "negotiated" rate for urgent care, emergency room, and specialists visits which are typically >$100.

This place is very nice. They immediately got us checked in and to a room. We were in and out quickly. Dr. Kerner was very nice and took her time to get all the facts. She wasn't pushy, gave her well-rounded opinion of what could be going on and asked for my opinion on the course of treatment. I appreciated that. I also like that it's clear on the door what they charge.

I would highly recommend ICT Immediate Care!!! I don’t have insurance so I dread going anywhere because it feels like I have to sell my arms and legs just to afford a treatment that can help save me. That was until I did some research and found this place. Also no appointment needed. Once I arrived, I filled out a single piece of paper, answered a few questions, paid the $65 upfront and was in and out with my prescription being sent to the exact pharmacy location I requested for. And it was ready once I arrived. The website said exactly how they operate and could keep their prices so low, which is everything I needed during this time. The price for my prescription was very fair, especially without insurance! I wasn’t feeling well and had a headache, so for everything to be quick and easy, it was extremely nice. The lady in the front was friendly and the doctor was informative and kind. Which made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be returning if I ever get sick again and I have already been telling my friends and family about this immediate care!

Good staff, Quick Care (in and out in 20min) Prescriptions were ready at pharmacy when I arrived. All for 65. Not bad!! Thanks for making the Flu a little easier!

My daughter and I both have been seen here for a various reasons. Dr Kerner and staff are the most empathetic and compassionate professionals that I’ve encountered in such a long time. I am forever grateful for what they do for the community that simply cannot afford a $300 medical bill for some antibiotics. Would recommend x1000.

Quickly seen and diagnosed by the doctor on staff. My regular doctor was out of the office, but when I shared the diagnosis and prescriptions, my regular doctor concurred. I will return as needed. Only inconvenience was the out of pocket cost — $65 or $70 depending on whether you pay by cash or credit card. No insurance claims filed. But worth it for me.

My Dr office wanted me to wait a week I have to pay out a deductible so I opted to try this. I was in and out in 15 minutes Dr was very nice explained treatment for my sinus infection. Nurse was also awesome...took complete history and vitals...overall very reasonable and I will definitely be back!!

If you’re looking for a quick, kind, and professional urgent care visit, this is the place to go! I always recommend this clinic to friends and family. Costs half as much as any other place I’ve been to! Dr. Kerner is extremely knowledgeable and gets right to the point. No beating around the bush or unnecessary testing. Sunny is so kind, thorough, and a perfect assistant for the doctor.

In and out. Both the nurse and doc were very professional and caring. Fixed our issue very fast and cheap. $65 appointment fee. Very reasonable. The doc is there to actually help you. Not just bank on you.

I can't tell you how appreciative of this place , waiting on health insurance and this place took care of me their rates were reasonable, they were honest and very kind . I will be returning for sure.

We’ve used ICT immediate care twice this month. Once for myself due to an asthma attack and then for my daughter when her pediatrician couldn’t fit her due to a sinus infection. Dr Starla is one of the most compassionate, caring doctors I’ve ever met. Her staff found prescription discount codes that helped tremendously. They don’t take insurance so we paid $65 to be seen. I’m so impressed with their facility and am forever grateful. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Coming from out of state for a move we did not have Kansas insurance yet. My little one developed a bad sinus infection, and was just miserable. The nurse and doctor were quick, no waiting, and were so good with her. This service was a life saver!
