Been going here for years. They listen to my concerns and take the time to check me out at each visit. As a migraine sufferer, it’s nice being listened too and not just treated like a drug seeker.

The 'lady' with short gray hair at the front desk....absolutely horrible. She could not have been more RUDE or hateful!! It was all I could do to keep my temper she was so awful. If it wasn't for my sick grandchild I would have told her exactly what I thought of her terrible attitude and left. This is one clinic I will not go back to. Because of her. Doctor and nurse were great...her...not so much.

My husband was seen there today for the first time and said he would not go back. The lady at the front desk was rude and had snide comments about him choosing to not have the covid shot. She was also listening in on conversations that had nothing to do with her and giving her opinion. Very unprofessional action!

I went to this clinic on Sunday because my doctors doesn't open till Monday I went in with bronchitis is what I was told the nurse and the staff were really nice got to give them credit for that what my problem was I was given an antibiotic but I wasn't given a cough suppressant with me coughing a lot and a sore throat I asked for the only thing that honestly works for me that is that promethazine with codeine I only take that once a year when I get really sick I am a honest person I work for the city of Wichita and I work out in the cold doing the snow shift I don't know if he is biased because I am Latino if he thinks that - that is completely false so now I have to set up an another appointment with my personal doctor and take time off of my work thank you very much everybody for reading this and have a great day and I hope this doctor that I went to is not biased if he is I will fight for him

Wait time is always short everyone is respectful whenever I have to go! Parking is a little tight ..but other then that and I wish it was closer to where I live..maybe open another clinic?? I utilize this place as I'm a severe asthmatic and once in awhile I need more then rescue inhaler this is where u go they have yet to get get my treatment wrong .

Had a fever, sore throat and cough. Waited over 2 hours, only to be told that it could be a virus and to wait 3-5 days then come back. My co pay was $50 cause they considered their office “urgent care” although it’s a minor care clinic. If I would have known I would have stayed home. Not coming back in a few days to be charged again and finally get the treatment I deserve. Either the doctor didn’t believe me or he didn’t want to write up a prescription since they were getting ready to close although I arrived at 4:25pm. What a rip off!

My thoughts while sitting in the waiting room for 1.5 hrs. Well if I wasn't sick before, I definitely will be after this visit. Close seating, people coughing all over you, masks optional (I wore one and maybe 2 more out of about 20 people), everyone uses the same pen, etc. Come on people, even though mask restrictions were lifted, it makes sense to require them when you are in a minor clinic waiting room. You are a doctor-owned clinic! I expected better!

S. A. Messner or whatever his name is should lose his license. Shows no respect to patients nor the staff, all around horrible experience with him. I have ulcerative colitis (diagnosed from another doctor), yet he laughed at my symptoms and accused me of being drunk at the time of my appointment. Disrespectful and Rude, Never will recommend anyone to him.

The from the front desk to the person that check us in, the provider, all of them were super nice, God bless you all, thank you for all you do.

Closes at 5pm, not 6pm. They had a sticker covering the old closing time next to the door.

I’ve always been treated with the upmost respect and have always been in and out in a timely manner. They have treated my entire family and have absolutely no complaints.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Great group of health professionals!

I just moved to Wichita the end of December 2022 from Colorado and recently fell down some outside steps to someone’s house and needed my arm x-rayed. A friend recommended this urgent care, and I had excellent care. From the clinic when I called to the front desk when I checked in, to the nurse, the doctor, the X-ray technician, I was very impressed and they were all very caring. I liked this clinic so well that I changed my primary care doctor to one of their doctors in the family clinic.

DIP, DUCK, DODGE, DONT GO!I was at this "practice" at one point in time (west wichita family physicians) and had been given treatment without the doctor having hardly any medicinal knowledge or practice experience. I ended up nearly dead due to his ignorance and prescription. He continually demanded more testing until I could afford to go no further. I was left for dead. Meanwhile I was sent to this side for a 3000 ct scan that provided (nothing). It's by the grace of my own research I'm alive. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND LEAVE YOU TO SUFFER AND DEATH IS A PROBABLE OPTION.

My wife and I went in here with my wife in sever pain and discomfort and was treated so unprofessionally. The nurses were loudly talking bad about her in the outer room while she was in the office. She felt very uncomfortable.
