Good place for families and friends. Big variety of some famous brand stores, few local stores grocery store, Cinema, fashion, foot ware, insurance, electronics, many personal care stores, etc. ( you can find a photo of the stores and restaurants list with categories). One of the great thing, the wheel chair service and toddler stroller service with the Guest service desk (check the photo). The security guards are very very nice, friendly and helpful. There’s a good sale at some stores. There is a food court, may be it’s not such big but enough varieties to choose from. The parking lot is enough for moderate volume, it’s everywhere around the mall. They do some seasonal events and activities (ex: A decorated area to take professional photos with the bunny; Easter time, etc). The overall place is clean, but the only thing that the family washroom was really not clean and smells very bad ( may be we weren’t lucky this time). I do recommend people to go for shopping and enjoy the coffee, pretzels, and food court area.

KP mall is a great mall. Recently renovated but still pretty nostalgic with alot of shops that you wouldn't see in any other malls nowadays. It's like stepping back in time to the 90s. They even have a tiny theater in the mall. Nice addition of Marshall's homesense to the mall.

Not a large mall, but I like it because of one specific store that sells replicas of swords from movies and games. Prices are fine too.

Since the renovation this is now my preferred mall. Not overly crowded but has all the must have stores. Better than St Vital, not as big or crowded as Polo

This mall has really turned around in the past 8 or so years. Decent amount of shops and brand names. Nice layout, clean and renovated, has a grocery store as an anchor and has the newest movie theatre in Winnipeg. What more is there to say? Wish the food court was bigger and had more variety but that's nitpicking.

Kildonan Place is great! Out of all the shopping malls in Winnipeg, this one evolved very well in the past 10 years. The mall who has lost just about every anchor tenant turned everything around bringing in stores such as Bath & Body Works, The Jets Store, Shoppers, Save on Foods and soon to be new movie theaters. Things have really turned around from a mall everyone thought nothing much of to a place to go

Kildonan Place in Winnipeg is a shopper's paradise that offers convenience, variety, and entertainment. With a diverse range of stores, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent dining options, it's the perfect destination for retail therapy and leisurely outings. The mall's layout is easy to navigate, and the availability of popular and niche retailers ensures exciting discoveries with every visit. The food court offers a variety of culinary delights, and the mall hosts engaging events that add to the overall experience. With ample parking and a convenient location, Kildonan Place is a must-visit retail destination in Winnipeg.

I love the place, it has many good store options and has good selection in their items. I only wish they switched some of their food court choices to some others things but, amazing place and a very good local mall!

Kildonan Place in my opinion is amazing. With lots of stores and restaurants to choose from. The staff is amazing and the people in the head office are just lovely. Every time I go to the mall I can enjoy shopping without problems. Security is pretty good and I feel safe in the mall. I would give it a solid 5 out of 5

The mall is great and has tons of stores to choose from. They have everything for everyone and is overall just a really great mall. One ething I would perhaps add would be a new children's area since they don't have one anymore. I remember as a kid I used to love them and it's really good to have for parents when in the mall. Other than that it's great and I recommend.

This is not a good mall. Business rotate in and out of here constantly often going out of business faster than new businesses can open. Honestly, they would be better off tearing it down and turning the space into an amusement park or something.

Not a mall to do business with easily. We have been trying to open a Christmas kiosk before covid-19 and again this year. But it location is everything and the location we wanted last time by a main entrance was supposedly occupied and again this year. Last time we asked about that spot and was told it was occupied through the Christmas season the only things that were there in that entire entrance way we wanted were garbage cans, plants change machines Etc. But they claimed those were spoken for by annual tenants. Again this year, I assume this is a scheme to charge more by making it look like those spots are high in demand but the stores around them told us there have never been kiosks there at Christmas ever. I can see why there are reviews complaining that there are no new fresh stores in this mall they don't seem to want them here, great hot sauce store in the Outlet Collection and stvital soon if your looking .

Good morning places is pretty good you don't have to walk a mile to go to stores like the outlet mall. They got good food court small but pretty tasty. Customer service is awesome if you need a wheelchair while you're shopping or a little scooter they have that for free. I go there quite a lot. Everyone have a good day 😏

Festivities decors, shops, boutiques, etc. Everywhere, parking space is good, and if you dont have cars or don't know how to drive, there's easy access to bus terminal infront of kildonanplace mall.

Good store selection, safe environment but the facilities for a new mother (for nursing or changing) are completely unacceptable. Door to the nursing room didn't even close, it was also obserdly dirty... I wouldn't even consider changing or nursing my son in the provided facilities. Also a family bathroom that has been locked and unavailable everytime I have been there in the last six months.... I nursed him on a bench in walkway to the new theatre and changed him in my car.... Also, the only "pink" parking spot is Infront of shoppers. I believe all of these things can be greatly improved.

This mall is amazing, it has all the shoos you need all in one location. The mall is very clean ot has great hours, and the parking was great lots of space for everyone! It is wheelchair accessible and is located on a major bus route. Come out check out some of there new stores, DON'T FORGET YOUR MASK!!

  • 5/5 Marnie B. 2 years ago on Google

Great little mall with lots of new stores coming in making it a very functional shopping experience. Looking forward to the completion of the extension. Loved seeing a new West African food option in the food court!

Pretty good facility. Lots of parking, decent store selection. It could definitely use some other stores that aren't clothing but maybe I'm just not much of a mall person aha

Good place for shopping and entertainment. Nice to see a grocery store added recently, and the movie theater is good. My only complaint would be a lack of parking in some areas, like the front.

This mall used to be a 3 star... but I've up'ed it to 4 as I appreciate the improvements & am looking forward to the new theatre. Still some work to go to getting the mall where it should be to support the East side of the city, but I'm liking the direction they're heading.

It's a decent mall. It's no polopark or saint vitel. But the ciniplex here is very nice. Food court is mid, they do have a nice bubble tea place tho

  • 4/5 Angel P. 8 months ago on Google
Very clean and good layout of the mall. Not super huge, which I like. You can find most of the popular stores here with a couple extra different ones.

Awesome and cool. My family and I loved it. Plus alot of different stores to choose from and most of them are my favorite. Also the food court is to die for. 😋

  • 3/5 Manh N. 1 year ago on Google
Decent mall to shop at, but the food court is too small with not so many options to choose from. Also the hallway connecting to the new movie theatre is really long with literally no shops/store around so hopefully there will be more coming up in the future.

I remember when KP first opened, it was very exciting. Over the years it became less desirable to visit. With the Junction theater added we go more often

Great place to shop. Good amount and quality of stores. Food court has great options.

Do not go to this mall. They discriminate against people with disability and my grandma accidentally ran into a mannequin, because the stores are not set up for people with disability. It was an accident and it only happened one time and she has been using those scooters for two years now and nothing has ever happened like that before and they won’t allow to use the scooter to get around because of One accident? So now The mall is essentially stopping her from shopping because she can’t walk long distances and she needs that scooter to get around. It’s disgusting behaviour and they should be ashamed

  • 5/5 Brendon J. 7 months ago on Google
Consistently the best mall to shop at. Everything you would need for gifts, entertainment and great options for kids as well. Kids rides, kids clothing store and movie theatre for all ages.

One of the smaller malls in the city, but has everything you need, I love this mall. Also I’m very bias since there is a Kung Pow Wok in the food court. 😋

Although I do enjoy the stores in this mall, the food court needs a major overhaul and should take a look at what Polo Park and the Outlet mall offer.

KP Mall can be a real shopping experience at this smaller mall. Good selection of stores and Pay Less grocery store is attached if you want to pick groceries up before heading 🏡. 😀 home!

  • 5/5 Richard J. 2 years ago on Google
Not overly busy. The food court is a little compressed for the area. Looks like the mall owners are making sure the mall doesn't get trashy. It is very clean and bright.

  • 4/5 Gurman S. 2 years ago on Google
I have been here several times. It’s a good mall but small. So you can fine basic things here but not all stores like outlet or polo park have. It’s very crowded all the times I have been there. They also have small unique stores from local sellers which is nice! But their worst is the food lounge especially Tim Hortons THE WORST SERVICE AT THAT ☝️. Though the rest of the mall is good to go for locals if we need something urgently and at good prices!! 😊

  • 5/5 Tom C. 2 years ago on Google
Mall is open but not all that busy. They still have Covid protocols and mandatory masks in place. Good time to come and shop. Lenscrafters is in the mall and fixed my glasses for me after I sat on them! No charge.

  • 1/5 Jenseia L. 2 years ago on Google
Love the stores. Unfortunately, this mall has decided to only let some customers dine inside, in accordance with illegal mandates. Saw a mother and her children sitting outside in the cold eating their food from the food court the other day. Very sad that this is how they treat people.

Janessa at Wig-it was so helpful and nice. Tried on a bunch of wigs and walked out with two!Great selection and prices! Thanks Janessa! I’ll be back for a blonde one soon!

What's there to say? It's a shopping mall. Never realized how many mobile phone providers there are - they seem to make up the majority of the mall stores followed by women's clothing. Interesting food court though.

  • 4/5 Liam F. 1 year ago on Google
A decent selection of stores, overall a pretty nice facility. A bit limited than larger locations like St. Vital Mall or Polo Park.

Went to Koya to pick up some lunch... Hadn't been there for a few years now. Service was really good it was a bit pricey but it's always yummy.

  • 4/5 Mark O. 1 year ago on Google
They keep updating and adding more things here. It’s got a decent selection, excited to see how the new theatre turns out once it’s done. I wish there was better food options here however as the only place here worth stopping for is state and main

Not many stores available when looking for runners. We had to go to Sports Chek across the street. Too many cell phone stores and kiosks! Only 5 restaurants to choose from in eatery :(

Spacious, enough parking place, if you ever get stranded with your car, find your way to Kildonan place and you're on your way home.

Modern and typical mall featuring a brand new cinema and arcade area as you wait for your movie. Beautiful new Save-On Foods on site. Shoppers Drug mart also on-site and lots of parking is available.

So far so good. I really only came here for two stores. Spencers and Wig It by Need it. We also grabbed food. I worked in this mall years ago and it has grown and changed into something much more functional. I used to think this mall was basic and boring, but they brought in some new businesses that have really added some value.

  • 5/5 Vince C. 1 year ago on Google
A lot of selections of shops. Very decent looking mall. The theater is great and the food court has a nice balance of variety from burgers and tacos to Chinese food.

  • 1/5 Lauren W. 1 year ago on Google
Gross mall. Always dirty and the M1 (between rogers and H&M) woman’s washrooms has only two stalls that lock and only one stall that’s ever clean. Pretty sad when a mall who is required bylaw to have working bathrooms can’t even get that part right. 9 months later and the washrooms are still busted. Definitely has to be the worse mall in the city. Even portage place knows how to keep things up and running. Just sad.

  • 4/5 Shane S. 1 year ago on Google
It's definitely not a great mall, or one of the cities main and most important malls, but it has I proved a lot over the years and I think that it has a lot more going for it now. Also being on the Primaris gift card network to share with their other location is helpful.

despite the fact that it's on the other end of the city this is a very nice place to go and shop and hang out and the place is very nice since they did all of the renovations

  • 3/5 Kevin K. 1 year ago on Google
Over the last couple years kildonan place kind of nose dived in popularity the thugs started to take up ground in the mall and people stopped going. Businesses started closing and there just weren't enough customers but over the last year since covid restrictions lifted security stepped up and they have done a good job refilling vacant stores. There is a long way to go before it's an elite mall but it's holding in for now

I like this mail, except for 2 things. I find the floors very hard, as they are tile over concrete. This is hard on the body, specially for people with joint issues. Secondly, there are very few spots to stop and rest. I spent 5 hours there on Friday, only because I wanted to get all my holiday shopping done and finished. Afterward, I was so sore, my body went into spasm for nearly 10 minutes. I then had to take a rather strong pain killer, and ended up sleeping for 8 hours. Today, Saturday, I'm walking like a 90 year old woman. Softer floors and more interim seating would make the shopping experience more enjoyable.

Great mall with lots of options. Unfortunately the shops are spread out across a big yard. But because it is not all indoors there is far more variety. Lots of outlets and good restaurant and a few grocery stores.

  • 5/5 Francisco B. De O. 1 year ago on Google
A great shopping center. Been visiting the retail outlets at Kildonan Place over 4-decades. A popular location in transcona that big box stores has grown around this location. Plenty of parking and after a full day sit for a full meal at the food court.

  • 4/5 Mittens 1 year ago on Google
A great tiny mall, not many people, an okay selection of stores, don’t recommend eating at the food court as it is small and not good options, the cinniplex junction is now open which just made this mall a whole lot better in many ways!

  • 4/5 Amanda F. 1 year ago on Google
Not the best mall in winnipeg, but improving. The hall to the new movie theater is long and empty they need to fill it up with some pop up shops. A bunch of stores are closed at random times in the day and the family bathrooms / fed room need updating. But over all its very clean and nicely decorated for the holidays.

  • 4/5 Angel P. 1 year ago on Google
Only one checkout was open on Saturday morning, so it went rather slow. There were some good sales and it was clean and tidy. What brings us to this store is the gift cards that you get from pharmacy purchases. I like that you don't have to search for change for the carts, either.

Great place to have lunch, get a haircut, and see Santa for pictures. And get you phone checked out . All the great stores are just awesome

The mall itself is good. …until you get to the bathrooms. Particularly the family washroom. I needed to nurse my baby and upon entering I found used condoms dropped in between the slats of the wooden bench in the nursing area 😱 More care could be had when cleaning areas such as these. The bench was disgusting, even if the condoms weren’t there 😬

My son dropped his cell phone in a massage chair at the mall. We tracked it and someone turned it in and we were able to retrieve it. It is nice to know that some people are honest and good. Unfortunately in March my car was broke into in Winnipeg at a nice hotel and about 5,000 dollars of personnel property and my trust in people was destroyed. It was good to know not everyone is corrupt.
