Booked 7 rooms. via their agents Khalid Tour. Did not get any rooms till 6pm due to the hotel being "busy". When we got the room, none of the rooms had any towels in them. We were told they are all in the wash. Two rooms were given to us with long strands of hair on the pillowcases. When we bought that to the attention of Jaweed of Khalid Tour we were told that he will get the housekeeping to go again in the room. I was advised that the room was probably not cleaned well, as we were rushing them to get our room (at 6pm!) Having booked a suite a was given a disabled room and was told that this was the suite. When I spoke to reception about the room they confirmed that the room was actually not a suite and there was non available for that evening. I am told that the hotel and their agent will try and sort things out for us tomorrow. No conversation about reimbursement for the suite that I never got. Sadly, the actions above are criminal. The hotel staff are not helpful and disrespectful.

Hotel position near nabawi mosque, you can walk around 5 minutes to mosque.. As indonesian you should get compliment for serving food depends to your guest.. But lift need to be add because before after pray and the time for eat. There is visitor waiting in line... As young ones like i can use stairs, but the old ones its difficult for them

Room wasn't ready and check in is alway at 4pm which is not convenient is you have a baby. The air con has made me and my family ill. Room service didn't come until a few minute before Magrib. Location is only 10 minutes walk from mosque so it was convenient.

Hotel staff arrogant and not very helpful or friendly, rooms were nice though and breakfast was ok - location was good

The rooms are big and comfy. Located just 5 mins from Masjid. Lift efficient. Food is great. Was here with small children. Only setback is people still smoke in their rooms regardless of the signs and penalty. Need to put authorization in it.

I stayed here on 2 separate visits. Very big n spacious room, we got 4 sgl beds for the 2 of us. The foods were very nice. Good spread of Asian foods and middle eastern cuisine.

Went for doing my umrah on 08/12/2022 for 4days before went to makkah.hotel always smell good. The bed was nice. Room also smells good. The cleaner was nice. Near masjid nabawi. And gift shop.

Service not prompt,i have to called housekeeping again and again then they sent the guy for cleaning the room. Housekeeping staff are Arrogant. Kindly educate them how to present themselves for customers

Good and clean, however I asked when is the checkout and before the time they kept calling and knocking …with the sign of no disturb

If you are visiting mafinah and looking for comfort and want to be near haram it steps away from masjid haram. Food court and shoping is near by.

Location is the only good thing. Bathrooms dated and broken. Can’t tell if it’s clean. No other services available. Carpets were horribly worn. Bedding mediocre at best. TVs didn’t work with remotes.

Behind hilton..accros the street u will found gate 33-34..it's about 200 from nabawi mosque..

Absolutely useless company to book a room with you book the room and you can’t even call them. They ask you to call if you have any issues or queries I’ve been trying to call these people for three days it’s like nobody works there!!!

Could be more light in the room. Overall, a very good stay and service. They were mostly quick in responding to queries. The location is near supermarkets, taibah centre and most importantly, Masjid Nabawi.

Apart from good location there is nothing good to write about this hotel. Staff not helpful, rooms are unclean, showers dont work well. wont go back to this hotel again.

I booked 1 entrance 2 rooms 1 living room 1 bathroom. It was spacious and had almost everything we needed. AC was good. Very near to Haram. Bell boy and check-in/out was quick.

Excelllent service. Cleanliness and overall staff performance and customer service! Special Mention to a waiter by the name of Mohd Ilyas who really touched our hearts with his passionate service towards guests and their children. He deserves a promotion.

Checked in was supposed to be at 4pm but we arrived at 10pm but rooms are not ready and had to wait for more than 1hr. There were 2 staff mending the reception at that time one is smiley but the other not friendly at all! The restaurant is the most disappointing. Food is tasteless. Repeat menu everyday and every meal. Short of staffs hence table not cleared until u call them to clear. Buffet area very dirty Food not replenish Room was ok but not mop. There were foot prints when we checked in. Overall i give 2 Stars. Lots of improvement need to be done.

Hotel food caters to Asia taste.. Good place for your accommodation , 5min walk to masjid Nabawi.

Their service, hospitality is the best.. all the stuff is so down to earth and very humble.. plus it's very near to Masjid-e-Nabwi.. I strongly recommend this hotel..

***I actually stayed in Al-Nokhba Royal Inn...same company*** The hotel is nice, very close to Masjid Nabawi which is convenient, the buffet breakfast is decent. ***Only issue is they allow smoking in the rooms, which makes it unpleasant for non-smokers.

Spacious buffet eating hall. Walking distance to Masjidil Nabawi. Take only 15 minutes. Street is so clean. Surround with friendly grocery store, textile store.

Good services overall (clean room , very friendly staff) Mainly magnificent breakfast buffet, all variety of food available there clean and fresh, the resturant manager is very welcoming ( very good behaviour) charges are 25sr per person and kids under 5 is free and for outsiders 50sr per person. The only downside is that we've to pay for parking 5 riyal per hour sometimes they offer 2 riyal per hour but still it is too much for the people who stays longer.

the room was nice. quite spaces for four of us.great speciality for economical hotel.three meal course served great and variety. i do like their desserts.the kunafah. they served lots of bread and juices. Alhamdulillah.
