All flats are very specious well designed the passage is very nice, proper air ventilation available. The best thing is you can see Baitul mukarram stadium from the passage the view is clear from 11th floor.

😠 Very congested place. Limited open space. No gap with surrounding buildings. Narrow stair and lift. Always there is que in front of lift. Not have enough light and air inside the building. This is just like a cave. No adequate emergency exit path.
