😠 Arrived at both Avis counters no rep present for Avis. Waited 30 plus minutes then the lady showed up saying she was busy in the most unprofessional way possible. Airport branch around 11pm Guatemala. Plus I called earlier that day to remind them that my flight is coming in late. Just ridiculous.
