😠 Rooms are not great. Dirty n old. Bathroom is old and almost looks run down. See to have bed bugs. They changed the bedsheet only after I complained. It was previously used bed sheet. Had to get an extra bedsheet n sleep on top of the blanket. Couldn't stay longer than a night.

👍 The overall experience was good. The prices were reasonable. Rooms were decent for economical price. Hot water was not available in the evening in ooty, though it was very cold. Driver Kartik was really friendly and flexible. He's really a professional driver. Overall it was a good experience.
