Italian Football Museum - Coverciano
Museum
👍 Bottom line- if you’re a football fan, do your best to go. I dropped 1 star from rating because this museum should be much larger for a country that won 4 world cups and 2 European cups. Instead it’s a small one. It’s well organised and there’s English description on almost every item but it’s still...

Palazzo Martelli
Museum
👍 Limited opening but with a free guided tour this old house gave an authentic flavour of Florentine life going back centuries. It's all a bit faded grandeur. There were only a handful of people on the tour and it made a welcome change from the crowds.

Museum of Masonic symbols
Museum
🫤 Unfortunately it is not worth the ticket price. It offers a fair amount of Masonic uniforms, but beyond that, the descriptions and explanations of the place are very vague. The environments of the temples are made with the smurfs... original, but they would also need more information.

👍👍 THIS IS A MUST SEE!!! I cannot stress enough how amazing this was. I cannot believe I am the first to review it because it was gorgeous and has the dead bodies of several very important people. Lots of beautiful art and as churches go, this one is REALLY PRETTY. Honestly I am so glad I haphazardly d...

👍👍 I stumbled across this one Sunday morning, just back from 'the pig' it was lovely to see. The men then marched through the streets, to where I am not 100% a gellato was calling me, however to see them and to hear the drums was a delight

👍👍 When Cosimo de Medici, Grand Duke of Florence, moved his residence from Palazzo della Signoria to Palazzo Pitti across the river, he needed to address the issue of his daily commute from home (Palazzo Pitti) to work (Palazzo della Signoria which at that point was known as the Palazzo Vecchio, or "Th...
