👍 I've lived in takayama going on 4 years now and I've yet to find a better place for drinking on a Friday or Saturday night than here. While it's a little further from the station than many easier to find areas you'll find the atmosphere, people and range of small and easy to enter stores unbeatable....

👍👍 Lovely dinner on a Friday night. Small, intimate venue. The chef and staff all spoke English which was very helpful. Food and atmosphere was wonderful. Staff were very warm and friendly.
