Best places: Marinas in Constanta, Romania

👍 Not bad could use some TLC!!! Great spot to look out at the Black Sea and seems to be not overly crowded. They should setup some volleyball there is so much space to do it!

😠 Very impolite, rude staff together with a manager (a man around 60s)! I paid tickets for me and my daughter for 2 hours.
