🫤 This place is upscale and nice enough but the staff is for the lack of a better word, incompetent. They don't take notes and don't know what to bring you. A simple coffee with milk will get you just coffee and milk was a no show. It eventually came after the coffee was cold. Scattered attention span...

🫤 all the hotel was pretty ugly but that’s ok for the price, the problem is that we went to the restaurant at 21:45 and they said that we couldn’t eat because they needed to close at 23, in the end they let us eat a fast pizza

😐 The service and products are good. The Belgian eclair was tasty. The location is not great, the place is relatively small and the design is more on the kitsch side, but it's very clean. Worth a stop if you crave something sweet in Suceava.
