😠 Despite the positive features, there is no respect to their customers. Even if you booked with them a night or two before, they still not let you in. Wish to know why?? Disrespectful treating to customers. Hope things get improved.
They also charged us 50 SR for entrance and asked us to wait outside...

The entrance guy was so rude we went to leave the place but some friend decide to get in
The captain waiter he thought he know the menu even how to explain the items, he give us the order wrong
