😠 They only have 3 lift and 2 of them doesnt work at all!! Imagine the queue was overload, and they suggest us to take a stairs! How awful😡 the only good thing is a bed room. Eventhough if its compare to another hotel, its not good enough. I dont think the hotel is 4 star!🥴
