🫤 not recommended for families tiny washroom congested entrance and lift is only for 3 persons. the only reason for stay is very cheap and near to HARAM

😠 Hotel is too far from haram almost 2km from haram and the 400 steps aswell ... no recommend... all the good reviews are fake .

😠 Worst hotel ever... Where do we start??? Booked 2 double rooms and expected to have separate bathroom or shower rooms but nope. Got 1 tiny shower room with a leaking shower tap.. And stained white towels... Air conditioning doesn't work obviously Oh forgot to mention our arrival...had to wait 30 min...

😠 The dirtiest place you can be in. The rooms are very dirty. The beds and sheets are used and have never been washed. Where is the Secretariat, the municipality and the Ministry of Interior about this place. Something fails, fails, fails.

😠 تاخد فندق في مكة عشان ترتاح بعد العمره على الطريق مباشره وتطلع جميع تكييفات الغرف غير شغالة تخيل يا مؤمن تكيفات متهرتله قديمه غير صالحه حتى الاخ في الاستقبال قال بالنص (هديكم غرفة تكيفها اسبلت وحمامها خارجي بس ايه هدوء) تتفاجأ ان التكييف تالف والحمام خارج الغرفة وغير نضيفه ومزعجه ولا يحترمون المعتمر...

😠 I will never ever stay at this place. Unprofessional staff. Hotel looks near to haram but is at 100+ height. Only way is stair case which will have enough pain to go. Bad rooms, ac's not working. Mattress springs were out. Better to pay some extra but no to this at all.

😐 You should be able to climb a mountain and have good ❤️ heart and health to reach the hotel. Never go if you have a guest with special needs. So hard to control a wheelchair ♿️ going up or down
