😠 Unprofessional. When my partner joined, they lost his documents multiple times. There is also a particular receptionist who is transphobic... She has deliberately lost testosterone prescriptions multiple times. Don't bother making an appointment. Their methods of obtaining an appointment is awful....

😠 Absolutely useless. Been a patient for 14 years, can never get a appointment, takes hours to get to number 2, then it cuts off.. they never answer the phone, and they mess my repeat prescription up every bloody month.

👍👍 My family and I have been going to this dentist for many years, always very professional, best care and friendly, polite staff. Previously used to be a rude receptionist who i didnt like but she has thankfully left now. My kids love their dentist Mary, and mine is great too dentist Basma.

😠 Did not stay. Did not feel safe, the cleanliness of the place was not up to scratch and there was one shared bathroom for 5 rooms. Host seemed nice, but continuously kept phoning throughout the day to see where we were.
