😠 Waste of time. I had to ruin my whole day because my appointment was at 3:20 but I only received a voicemail at 6:30 when the surgery had closed. Not even a call. Day by day this surgery is getting worse.

👍👍 With all hospitals & walk-in centres, you have to be patient and prepared to wait, no one gets preference over another patient unless it’s life threatening. There’s no point in arguing with the receptionist because she’s only a receptionist, wait your turn or go home.

😐 Generally the surgery is good. The doctors are helpful. One of the receptionists is rude and sour faced. Very impudent telephone manners. This needs to be evaluated as it is ill people who are calling for care and don't need to be treated with apathy and insolence.

😠 Good old blighty hospital where you get taken in a traditional red london bus rather than an ambulance and there are no foreign types as doctors. No expense spared since they got the extra £350 million a week extra. I didn't trust my doctor though as I'm not sure he told the truth
