😠 Took 2 hours to get a Covid test done. Maybe it was because it was a holiday, maybe it was because of low staff. It takes 15 minutes to get that taken care of and instead they allowed my husband to sit by all other patients for 2 hours knowing why he was there. Terrible

👍👍 Went in for a rapid covid test as a walk in waited maybe 3 minutes before I got tested. Very thorough in questions. And was able to get my results very quickly. Thanks to all the staff and Dr. very helpful.

😠 Let me paint the picture for you. I am sick and have been for a while so I decided to go to the closest urgent care facility that could get me in, it happened to be this Access. I scheduled the appointment in advance and filled out all of the paperwork online to save time when I got to the facility....

😠 Visited today at 2:15 to get a strep test for my daughter. I checked several Urgent Care centers on-line and this one said there was no wait. Apparently, there is not a wait because as of Dec 4th, yesterday, they are no longer taking walk-in appts … and the next available was at 5:45 … 3 1/2 hours...

👍👍 Friendly & professional staff. I appreciated that Dr. Brooks took the time to listen to my concerns. It was nice to be treated like a person instead of a number.On my second visit I received the same great treatment. And the cost has always been reasonable, which is a bonus.
