A nice old restaurant for all kinds of kebab in old region Ardebil.

Well. When we talk about a restaurant placed out of Tehran, we must lower our expectation about interior decoration and design. Seyed Agha restaurant is in heart of Ardebil's bazaar. They offer very good quality food on normal furniture which is not glazing but still hygienic and comfortable. When we reach to the food, a stew called "Pichakh Ghormeh" would be the best choice which includes mined lamb, saffron, natural oil got from rump and pea. The other Kebab choices good too but "Koubideh" kebab which they serve is more special. I strongly recommend it. وقتی از رستوران های شهر هایی غیر از تهران صحبت می کنیم طبیعیه که باید انتظارمون رو از لوکس بودن فضا پایین بیاریم. رستوران سید آقا در قلب بازار اردبیل واقع شده و خوراک خیلی خوبی ارائه میده که البته میز و صندلی و فضای نرمالی داره و تمیز و راحت هستش. اگر سراغ خوراک هاشون بریم، به نظر من پیچاق قرمه شون عالیه که با گوشت بره ساتوری شده و زعفران و روغن حیوانی و لپه درست میشه. کباب های دیگه اشون هم خیلی خوبه ولی کوبیده اشون واقعا خاصه. شدیدا توصیه می کنم امتحان کنید.

غذای خوب، قیمت مناسب، چون تو بازاره یه مقدار شلوغه، و شاید لازم باشه تو‌ صف بایستید، ولی ارزشش رو داره. کیفیت گوشتش عالیه، حجم غذا هم خوبه. راستی یادتون باشه با اینکه توی بازار هستش، جای پارک به احتمال زیاد توی اطرافش راحت گیر میاد. غذاش زود تموم میشه و قبل از ۳ ممکنه غذا نداشته باشه. همون قدر که غذاهای گوشتیش عالی بود، پیچاق قیمه اش با اینکه پر ملات بود، ولی با چیزی که قبلاً جای دیگه خورده بودم خیلی فاصله داشت. ضمناً یادتون نره شیشلیک توی استان اردبیل مخصوصاً جاهای قدیمی بدون استخوان هستش، مثل من بارها گول نخورید 😂😁 حداقل قبل از سفارش مطمئن بشین. 🤪

(Original) یه رستوران معروف قدیمی که هر سال میریم اردبیل حتما امتحانش میکنیم.جای پارک چون تو محدوده بازار یکم بد گیر میاد.دکوراسیون قدیمی داره با میزهایی که روش مشما میکشن.یکم ذوق آدم رو کور میکنه.ولی محیط تمیزه.بیرون بر گرفتیم این دفعه برای کرونا برگ معمولی و کوبیده گرفتیم (40ت) که بنظرم فرق خاصی نداشتن ولی پر حجم و خوش طعم بودن.برنج بسیار زیاد و خوشمزه بود.ولی نکته منفی نذاشتن سماق و قاشق یک بار مصرف که بده برای این رستوران.

غذاش خیلی خوب بود ،ششلیک گوسفندش خوب بود،بدون استخوان بود،کباب برگش هم خوب بود،دوغ محلی هم رایگان با غذا می داد ،برنجش با کره محلی بود و حجم غذا و قیمتش هم خوب بود .
