😠 I booked a 6 nights stay at this hotel. Totally regretted my decision. This is also the first time in my many years of traveling that I’m writing such a negative review. Throughout my 6 nights in this hotel, I couldn’t get a single night of good sleep. Everyday I’m awakened by the loud trains passin... People often mention hotel, room, area, good, nice,

I booked a 6 nights stay at this hotel. Totally regretted my decision. This is also the first time in my many years of traveling that I’m writing such a negative review. Throughout my 6 nights in this hotel, I couldn’t get a single night of good sleep. Everyday I’m awakened by the loud trains passing by every few mins and at night I’m kept awake by really loud conversations and laughters by drunk patrons of restaurants downstairs. This loud sounds continue late into the late. The loud sounds from sports car revving down the road is also another disturbance. Adding to that what’s worse and most annoying, there’s birds/crows perching at my balcony or across the street every morning without fail as early as 6am.the sound these birds make can be heard from even the last floor of this building. All that said, there’s also little centipedes crawling in the toilet. During my stay, I caught no less than 12 of them. With all that, my holiday this trip my family and I totally didn’t enjoy ourselves as we couldn’t get enough rest. I will not strongly not recommend any of my friends and family to ever consider this hotel if they are travelling to Tokyo.

This hotel is honestly great. It’s brand new, super clean, big room, nice view, good shower, nice bed and central to everything. There’s an absolutely overwhelming amount of restaurants around too. Other reviews complained about noise because it’s adjacent to train lines, and yes, there is noise until late in the evening. That being said we had no trouble sleeping at all and given you’re in one of the most densely populated cities in the world it would be silly to expect anything different. There’s also a spa you can use once as part of your stay. Some reviews complained this wasn’t unlimited which honestly seems ridiculous too. It’s not owned by the hotel and it’s much better than the usual spas included in hotels like this. Overall would definitely stay again

It is a low level Brand in a location of luxury hotels, for the price you could get better in the area, I do not recommend to waste your money here. Only outside looks nice, but interior, furniture are all cheap low level and it's pretty empty at the bar. It's not pet friendly, almost no one speaks English, just avoid it. The rooms are super small, it is funny that a low tier hotel is built in a quite good area.

Location is good with lots of good restaurants nearby. Subway station also around 5 minutes walk. Shopping is also very near. Rooms are dirty. Stains on the carpet, dust on the tables and the bathroom exhaust are not clean. They dont vacuum the floor daily as dust really accumulates. Bathroom is badly designed. No place to put your own toiletries. Have to transfer one of the small bedside table to the bathroom. They should have just not placed a bathtub in such a small space. Closet area is too dark. Safe had a broken latch handle. Cant be used. Tried this one since it’s newly built. But for the price there are better designed hotels in the area.

Booked 2 double rooms however was told need to pay extra to upgrade one of the rooms. We paid over 60,000 yen extra however the upgraded room was actually even smaller than the originally double room 😅 ridiculous and overpriced for what it is

Nice new hotel. Not suitable for long stays. Not a single cupboard in the room. It’s small but everything works. Breakfast is a selection of breads. Nothing else. Seems more like an upgraded night hotel (extended capsule). Still new and clean. For a night or two it’s all you need. The area in front of the hotel is the Ginza Corridor so plenty of good food options.

We booked this hotel with high expectations and it exceeded them. The hotel was brand new and it showed, the room was spotless and everything was brand new. The staff were beyond helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the view was breathtaking from the rooftop. The location was perfect as we could explore the entire Ginza district with ease and we could rest in a comfortable quiet room at night.

Disappointing experience overall as the interior design was nice but lack practicality. Service: 2/5 Staffs were polite but lack experience and found it quite hard to communicate overall. Housekeeping definitely needs better management as the cups were dirty upon arrival (food bits stuck on it) and missing plastic in bins, room slippers and nightwear. Design 2/5 The bathroom is poorly designed as there’s practically no space at all to put any items on the basin (contact lens cases, facial products etc). Only one hook for bath towels. The entrance at the room is poorly lit and you can barely see anything. The glass doors leading towards the outside lounge area in 5F did not have any push/pull signage. Complimentary light breakfast 3/5 The croissants/baked goods were nice and the toasters easy to use. However would be better if an English instruction sheet is provided. Good selection of teas but missing breakfast/ceylon tea (would have been nice to enjoy a cuppa with the croissants). The rooms are literally right next to the tracks so if noice is an issue, probably would be better off choosing another hotel nearby as there’s much better options around the corner.

Worst hotel experience I have in Japan. 1. When we check in there was already lots of hair on carpet near wall, and hair in bathroom 2. Plastic wrapping near under bedside table 3. Cookie crumbs and wrapping under bed 4. Something floating in the toilet 5. We found a sock that does not belong to us on the chair on the last day when we check out , it was sitting there this whole time. We stayed here for 6 days. 6. The forgot to provide bottle water when we check in 7. 10 min walk to the closest train station The worst hotel ever , I rather go stay at other smaller and cheaper hotels , at least they are clean.

I was looking forward to this hotel as my last hotel in Japan. While the room is new and stylish, it is lacking in several area. There is no real closet, just a rack with 2 hangers. I guess it is alright for summer but it would be impractical during cold season. The main pain is that the room is facing the Shinkansen and every 15 seconds you can hear the sound of the wheels and the rail mashing.

We were in room 703 and this was our view... it was pretty cool to see the trains pass by. I didnt think it was loud. The hotel service was great... we had the do not distrubed but when we asked for them to clean our room they did it. We used google translate and were able to get help when needed. On the 5th floor theres a vending machine with drinks. Theres also a 711 around the corner (turn right when you exit, then another right). Youre surrounded by so many amazing resturants and lots of ppl go there for dinnner. We had dinner at this place that had a lit up cow (turn left and then left). It is walking distance from the train but an uber ride was about $5-7 which after walking so much we needed it!
