The hotel rooms are neat and good, but basic things like water, towels, and shower gels are not provided in sufficient quantities. Additionally, Wi-Fi access inside the rooms is not available. The hotel management should improve their hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are okay and trouble with washrooms. You have to fix yourself on toilet seat since it is tooo close to wall. Executive suits don’t have bath tubs. Yes but good things is that they have good swimming pools

I stayed for 4 nights, everything was good apart from their weird worry about towels! Everytime I ask for a towel they say we can’t keep more than one at a time, REALLY!!! Location was fantastic for me, and the hotel manager was kind enough to extend my check out a couple of hours. Would be definitely booking again with them if they buy some extra towels 😂

فندق جميل وهادي السعر كان غالي شوي الغرفه واسعه ويتوفر مطبخ صغير يوجد مواقف من الجهتين لكن لا يوجد مضلات الموقع جداً ممتاز عند مسجد وقريب من الكورنيش الموظفين جداً محترمين وعزل الغرفه شوي سىء راح تتكر له الزياره باذن الله وانصحكم فيه

Hands down one of the best hotels. Prices are reasonable and service was excellent. Had a very nice stay with the ocean view.

فندق جميل وهادئ وراقي واسعار ممتازه ، من نظافة الغرف والرائحة الجميله في الممرات والخدمة السريعة والموقع الممتاز ، ينقصه ( بوفيه للافطار ) لكن متوفر فيه مقهى وغرفة للعب الاطفال ونادي رياضي ومسبح ونادي صحي مساج وغيره.. الله يبارك لصاحبه ونتمنى ان يستمر بهذا المستوى وأفضل ايضا ☆♡

فندق راقي وموقعه ممتاز قريب من الكورنيش ونظيف الاستقبال متعاون دخلنا الساعه عشره الصبح فيه قهو وتمر وشاهي طوال اليوم في الاستقبال المسبح فوق جلساته رايقه وفيه صالة العاب وكفي. الاثاث نظيف وجديد والحمايه عاليه ماتنتقل با المصعد الا بكرت الغرفه قريب من المسجد والمطاعم بيت مسك ملاصق له .. مرونه في الخروج خرجت الساعه ثلاث ونص بسبب ظروفي. وكانو متعاونين .. اخذت غرفتين وصاله كبيره وحمامين .. إقامه جميلة كانت

Hotel General Manager Mr. Muneef is a great personality icon. He believes in excellent service to customers. This place is a great location for peace of mind.

A really good and clean hotel, cozy and really warm, me and my family had a really good stay and slept so well, it's quite and really affordable.

Basic needs like towel and shower gels not provided enough quantity. Wifi service is not available in rooms. Water is not provided as per the guest numbers. And I don’t prefer to anyone of my friends.

Basic things like water, towels are not provided enough and you cannot access the wife inside the room.
