Great hospitality.. Staff was good.. Manager was so kind that he sent two free complimentary cappuccinos to our rooms... Gonna definitely be in normina the next time when we visit dammam... 100% recommend.

One of the best properities to stay in Dammam for both individuals and families. Everything was great. Very clean and modern. Decoration is spectacular. Room space is great. Bed was very soft and comfy so pillows too. TV sizes are amazing. Staff was very helpful. Check in was very fast and easy. Check out time is great as the regular check out time is at 2.00pm. Highly recommend this place to stay and will definitely back to stay again here.

The property was exceptionally clean and had a fresh vibe to it ! The staff was extremely helpful and always had a smile on their face. Definitely recommended to anyone staying in Dammam area.

Wow. That place is perfect. I wish to stay in again really. Not only was it so calm and relaxing, but also it is located in a magnificent zone. Loved it. You know what was also freakin' amazing? The ultrafast super internet speeds. This was the top record for an internet speed I have ever seen. While downloading a movie through BitComet, it reached 12,000 kb/s. Did you hear that? Go there if you want to download something urgent and FAST! OMG I am so excited. I will definitely go there numerous times whenever I go to Dammam. Why did you do this to me Normina? You made me miss staying there. Thank you so much for the extreme hospitality and SUPER speeds.

Ac was off when I arrived and it took about 15 minutes to cool down the room. The recipients says that I took softdrink from the refrigerator but I didn't.

The room was not clean, there were some insects inside.

Hotel has a musty smell. The rooms are nice and affordable. There is a play area for kids.

Excellent just need some cooking utensils ,better than many 5 🌟 hotels in the same area try it and find out your self
