I only visited this place for indonesian embassy affairs. But the lobby llooks luxury

Pricely great, specially if you're on a trip with your family. Rooms are good, restrooms are clean but could be better.

Hotel is good but deserves bot more than 150 SR. Per day. A/C and fridge cools perfectly. Room has electric stove, microwave and some cutlery. The furniture is old and some damage, cleanliness was bad. Hotel location isn't that good either. There are no supermarkets to its walking distance and same goes to the restaurants. But the hotel does offer some restaurant manus at the reception who offer delivery to your room. My overall experience was good. Recommend it to those who need a cheaper place to stay at corniche area.

Very run down hotel. Luckily I was not there to stay. Only attended a business appointment. Hotel has bad staley smell in the lobby.

I would say go elsewhere but most places in the region have no hospitality experience outside of Dammam/KSA. Very narrow sense of reality and "customer service". They never cleaned the room despite being a long-term customer. The manager makes no changes/adjustments and speaks no English. Unable/unwilling to adjust even if someone has been there long term. Lots of traffic in the area. Noisy as well. Best to consider other options.

the problems at this Apartment are there is only 6 car parking only , when you ask the reception they said find parking anywhere around the place and its Residential area you can not park INfront of someone house , the furniture is too old . everything else is great location staff price is acceptable

Foreign couples cannot share the same room. Room was cleaned. Cannot invite female friends to your apartment. Staff helpful .I lost money inside my room while staying there.

This property management is good.. The perfumed smell in the property is excellent..Toilet is fantastic .. security system is super.. Service is well enough to meet our needs Location is also okay.... parking facility is fine... Usually in serviced apartments..allow guests to use gas for cooking...but here not allowed.. Electric induction stove is there but takes hours to cook... Tv channels..not even a single Indian channel available... They can provide sweet water and charge if they need.... To sum up....it's nice and really Worth for money..
