Client satisfaction was their top priority. Checkout time was 12:00 PM was maintained leniently. One minor advice, the complimentary breakfast could be better, the ruti/parata was hard as a rock, heard similar complaints from other reviews as well. Maybe, they cook very early then do not store them properly, that's why they became this hard. Not a big deal, but the management can look into this matter. A perfect 6-star rating they earned as a 3-star hotel.
