A very well maintained, clean and safe place. It is a lovely place with convenience store, gymnasium, basketball courts, football courts, children play areas, sitting arrangements and gardens all surrounding this wonderful lake. People of all ages and backgrounds gather here everyday to take a break from the busy schedule of the Dhaka city.

I always love to visit a DOHS area. It was a nice morning. Local teenagers were playing football and other side some were playing Cricket and Basketball. Elders were jogging and resting on the bench. There is a beautiful Pond with a Mosque beside it. There were so many benches to take rest. There was a lovely atmosphere.

A breath of fresh air in the most polluted city of them all. Also a private one, reserved only for the DOHS residents. Cautionary signs everywhere reminding the exclusivity. Those are eyesores to me but the whole area is nothing but coolness for the eyes. Walkway is spacious and they let the runners run side by side the walkers which isn’t the case in many Dhaka parks. They sell freshly caught fishes from the lake from the lake.

The most beautiful and safest place where you do your jogging, spent time with your family. Amazing place.

Baridhara DOHS Lake is one of the most beautiful place of Dhaka city. The lake has fresh water. Lots of trees all over the place. The walk way is neat and clean. There are lot of sitting area and park bench around the lake where you can sit and enjoy the view. Overall its a complete relaxation place for the people of all age.

Great place to jog! Have some relax time and play with guys. There is place for playing football, cricket and badminton. A fitness center serves the residents their fitness needs. There is also a basketball court and a children's playground which is always supervised. Good security all around. The whole place is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. You can buy fresh fishes from the lake. There is a mosque beside for prayers and a CSD shop for daily needs.

Beautiful lake with clean and well manicured surroundings. The walking/ jogging track around is 540 meters. A lot of people enjoy their mornings and evenings here. On one side there is a children's park and basketball court. The DOHS mosque is also adjacent. Fresh fish from the lake is sold to residents in the mornings. In the evenings the lake is lighted up with decorative lighting. Overall a pleasant experience.

I am not a native of Baridhara DOHS but last couple of days I payed quite a lot of visit near this place and trust me when I say I am very amazed to see such a large pond inside a busy place such as Baridhara. There is a walkway surrounding the pond with a length of 500 meters and it is very clean for walking or jogging. You will find couple of benches near the walkway for you to relax after some heavy exercise. On the South will find a large in-store shopping mall and on the west there is a large mosque. Baridhara DOHS area is under army surveillance so it is quite a safe place. Just make sure not take your pets near the pond or walking area it is prohibited (if I am not wrong). Overall it is very amazing place. I recommend you to go and check it out if you are near Baridhara DOHS area.

Very peaceful and tranquil environment just middle of the busy mega city. The entry is restricted only to the residents of the locality and sometimes few visitors are also allowed to roam around. There is a big pond maintained very well, concrete pavement for smooth walk and green nature for peace of the eyes. It is very relaxing place for all.

In December of last year 2022, I was sick and admitted at united hospital for 14 days under Dr AQM Mohsin. During that time I saw that wonderful amazing and beautiful large pond. A walkway for the fitness seekers surrounding the pond along with some banch to rest in a fresh air. Beside that there is a kid's playing zone, a basketball court for the adults. Really I like it very much.

A very relaxing place with a lots of nature and sitting facilities. All ages of people can spend there time here. There is a basketball field and a small football field in this compound. This place is completely secured.

Every afternoon, the magic of nature seems to be manifested in the bus call of different types of people. So again and again the mind wants to go there once a day.

A place where you can take deep breath inside Dhaka. Here has boating ride. Wide walkway for residents.

The lake side road is nice and secure. So calm and peaceful but people gives you ghastly look , that you are alien or something. The security of this place is very strong as all foreign delegates and guests live nearby.

Great for evening or morning walks. Inside the park DSLRs do not allow to take photos on the other hand mobile phone are allowed to take pictures. Calm place, with natural vibes. There is a mosque for prayer. Kids Zoon and also a playground.

Good place for walking and refreshment

Good place for exercise, walking, no need to worry about security. It’s one of most secure place of Bangladesh cause it's Defence Officers Housing Society.

This beautiful mosque is in very calm and quiet place beside the Baridhara lake. All the amenities are wonderful. Health safety is property maintained there.

It's a beautiful place with in the premises. Safe, secured and organized. A good place for relaxation and refreshing body and soul for the residents.

Most beautiful place i had ever seen

This cozy place is inside the Baridhara DOHS area. Outsiders are not allowed here. The residents of DOHS area can walk through the park area. There are a courtside area for playing busket ball and a kids playing area. There are a few banches and some swings for amusement purpose. There is a restaurant beside the pond named CSD. And anyone can have some snacks seating over there and can enjoy the beautiful view from the restaurant.

This place is well maintained. Really nice place to walk and to work out.

A 450metre walkway arround a rectangular pond where people can walk or jog from 6am to 10pm. The area is under CCTV servailance and there is also the constant presence of security Guards. Adequate Light, adjoining rest room facilities make this place very convenient for walking or jogging.

Nice pond. But surrounding park and walkways are small.

It is a calm and quiet place, adjacent to the sports fields (general and basketball), children's park and the DOHS Mosque. There are adequate seating arrangements if someone wants to relax amid a busy workday. Also the surrounding road allows you to have a walk or jogging. Fishing is also possible here.

One of the best pond I have ever seen, a nice place for walk, in morning, afternoon, evening, leading to an ambience of tranquility, thoughtfulness, meditation, peacefulness-environment of associativity with nature, greeneries.

Nice, calm and beautiful police but I believe it can be even more beautiful that way just 4 stars. It's great place to come to when you are stressed or if you want to do running, working workout there is a gym close by and a nice river with nice scenery you can walk or run in.
