The best in country to learn English and register/prepare for IELTS. Nicely designed and well maintained. Professional and helpful staff. There's nice little cafe that has tasty coffee and snacks. The safety of children and all visitors is guaranteed. Highly recommended for children at all ages as well as individuals pursuing English language proficiency for professional and educational purposes.

The British Council is a UK-based specialized educational and cultural organization that conducts worldwide educational and cultural activities, including in the UK. It was established as a registered charity in England, Wales and Scotland with a royal charter. In 1934, the British Council was established by Sir Reginald Lipper, a British committee engaged in relations with other countries. Leiper was of the opinion that matters relating to the interests of the British, cultural propaganda, etc., should be dealt with through the British Council. The institution was recognized by the royal charter of 6th King George in 1940. Its sponsoring office is increasingly operating independently, connecting both the global and Commonwealth offices of the United Kingdom.

A place with good indoor environment. There is security process to follow while entering to this place. There are some restrictive area to visit and take photos. Their office environment is good-looking with book-library, historical photos, cafeteria and yard to enjoy natural vibes!

(Someone needs to update the time ad google maps, it's not till 5:00pm, it's 4:30) Beware, they are punctual on an excessive level when it comes to customer service. They shut off by 4:30pm, I went there at 4:35 all the way from Uttara, they turned me back. I went there to return my Ielts Trf form. I challenged my score, it increased. Now to make it official, I need to return it with my own responsibility, even though they were responsible for sending it to my address.... Anyway, rules are rules, and even more if you’re the person who needs to receive the service from the "upper class" (no pun intended...) Long story short, I would never have visited BC if I had any other way!

One of the best places for the learners in the city to learn English as a second language. Besides its academic part, the British Council also used to run a lot of development ventures, especially engaging the Youth to grow them as future leaders influenced by the core values of volunteerism to actively participate in Social Action Projects all over the country. The workplace is very intuitively designed with modern interior designing features, one of the best in the country.

I recently visited the British Council branch on Fuller Road to collect my IELTS test report form. I was thoroughly impressed with the pleasant environment, featuring lush greenery, a spacious canteen, and a large study area with seating for over 200 people. The security measures in place also provided a reassuring sense of safety, making it a comfortable and welcoming space.

Excellent place to learn English language and IELTS techniques. Lessons are organised, described and delivered by teachers by using projectors. Air-conditioned classrooms are well designed, modern looking. Classrooms are less crowded. Thus it's not only easy for the teachers to monitor students progress and performance but also it's easier for the students to understand the lectures and communicate with teachers and fellow classmates. The place feels very welcoming and friendly. This entrance is well secured by security personnel to prevent unauthorized entries.

British council Bangladesh is the most important place for me and all people, who are absolutely hunger for education ; specially, required for those students, who are want to learn English perfectly. Nevertheless, this institution has been taught also about English culture and language. It is provide the advance level English for all, who are like it. This a very oldest Institute of Bangladesh, where the ambiance is very picturesque and charming for study.

British Council Bangladesh is the Bangladeshi branch of the British Council that provides English and British Education and takes part in cultural exchanges. The main office is located in Dhaka Tom Miscioscia is the Director of British Council Bangladesh. I have done 2 courses in British Council and I must say I enjoyed it a lot. The teachers are very polite. Probably the best teacher I have ever had. There teacher style is fabulous. There security, service and the toilet are very clean. It has also a awesome library (which is closed now due to coronavirus) There is no way that I can complane. The only little complane that a have is about the fees. It's quite expensive. So overall I personally love this place a lot.

The British Council is really very good in communication with their partner schools. Staff are very humble and always ready to cooperate and solve issues at their earliest. The development initiatives they are taking recently to address certain issues like they've recently organised a workshop on Mental Health for their partner organisations etc. are great. Hope they'll continue the good work.

This is called the standard of any educational institute and keep it up. It is a world-class standard and they should concentrate more on giving more facilities to the learners here.

If you want to take IELTS or want to take any course provided by British council as like young learners secondary, which is for SSC graduate students, which might help you to improve your English.it is very nice. I miss that BC Library so much, but if you need online British Council membership you can go to British council website and get an online membership, where so many e-books are available.

*Few desk staff here are exceptionally rude.* I recently visited their office for their attestation services. Unknowingly, I had made a mistake with a certain payment, because I had no prior experience with it, and the desk staff, instead of explaining to me the process or helping me, started to bash me for the mistake I made. My problem is that the mistake with payment cost *ME* more money, yet I had to hear *THEM* bash out at me. A very hurtful experience. I hope I never have to revisit this place for any documentary purposes.

though i tried my best but failed to reach fuller Road on time it is a matter of sorrow that i coulnt enter there on time i should have been more punctual with my time managment anyway at least i got a chance to click a picture of british council from outside view. closing time is 4:43 Watchman showed his politeness with me which was the most satisfactory part for me. I must say in terms of professionalism British council is best than any other institute.

Through practical, theoretical, practice and interaction, language-based learning creates a good structure. The process is excellent.
