This is a great Institute for learning German Language and Cultural. It's not only that they are advising good college and universities in German.

A bunch of incompetent people is running the circus! They don't care about the students and leave them uninformed. These people don't show any accountability, and integrity in their job. Goethe Institute Asia should look over this branch and make these people accountable.

This institute is one of the most stupid institute I have ever seen. They don't answer calls, they don't reply mails actually they don't give a minimum response to students. If they do reply, then their behaviour is so rude. Specially ( Naznin Akter ) They talk with the external students like they made a great mistake by calling them. Goethe only care about their internal student. They also do partiality at exam results for external students. Because of their problems students go to India to give exam. We, the students of Germany, will mail the Goethe Centre soon to look after their greediness problem and also their attitude problem. We hope that the center will change the full authority of this institute.

If anyone is mentally sick or has family problem she/he shouldn't work in the hot line department. Today I called to the hotline at this institute and a lady named Diana picked my call. She has absolutely no manner and doesn't know how to talk with people. I believe this lady is doing the same with everyone and ruining the reputation of the entire Goethe institution in Dhaka.

Very hard to get in contact with. Responds to emails very very slowly. Rarely ever picks up the phone. And employees there have an attitude for some reason. It's only they are the only one giving certifications in Dhaka, otherwise I would never recommend.

Wonderful premises but information providing officer should be more helpful. They have no printed documents to help someone with proper guidelines. Most of the questions is referred to website and facebook page. It seems the opportunity after lerning german language is not promoted at all by the information officer. Rather the gards of the building is very helpful.

Don't follow the maps navigation. The building is near the main road. Don't need to enter any other lane.. Search for Goethe institute board on the main lane.

Great place to learn German language academically for professional and personal life. There are varieties of modules and 3 semesters. These courses are very useful for students who would like to get higher degrees from Germany. A1 A2 A3 and A4 are the courses. But staffs and lectures are not very friendly I found some of them very racist.

The best thing about this place is also the best thing you can find in this town. Unless you're not interested in German literature, like me, you should visit the rooftop cafeteria. It's so peaceful under the open sky. Food is above average compared to the place but you'll love it. Smoking is allowed in this place, just be sensitive to the non-smokers. Parking is a concern since all vehicles must be parked on the road. I simply visit there to have some quite time.

As an internal student, I will say the management here is not good enough. They mess a lot about Internal processes which is annoying and concerning in many cases. But It's a good instut to learn German Language perfectly. And only their certificate is accepted jn Germany.

They are very unresponsive. I have been emailing and calling them since February. The mobile numbers they provided in the tnt voice call (which I have memorised unintentionally because of how many times I called them) are switched off. So I texted them and guess what? No response! I even knocked them on Facebook and Instagram after I saw a reply on a 1 star review to do so. They post pictures and stories and create events but don't respond to messages at all. I don't know how people even get admitted here with such terrible service. I wish there was a way to post 0 star because I am at my wits end. I see more responses on bad reviews here. How ironic! Maybe this ugly truth will finally earn me their valuable time.

This place is ok. Best education Center for learning German language. To maintain a good Security, it reaches at the level of harassment. Otherwise all is ok. In some seminars, Mobile phone is strictly not allowed. Don't know how someone not bring a Phone for whole day just for 2 hour session.

The place is really good to learn German Language. The teaching method is excellent with a friendly and peaceful environment. The library is quite enriched with good reads. There is a rooftop restaurant also to enjoy freetime.

Staff members of language course desk are not helpful at all. There's a big mismanagement in exam registration process.

Best place to learn German language

I went there few times as they often organise cultural/educational events. As a power wheelchair user I found no ramp from platform to first floor, there is a one step stair, so I need help on this. Also there is no lift so other than the first auditorium I can't access upper floors and the rooftop which is very disappointing.
