Staff behaviour is good. Hospital is quite empty compared to other private hospitals. Emergency exit being used as store room. Prayer room is pretty big in size, couldn’t turn on A.C at this hot 35*C temperature. Toilet smells worse than neglected public toilets. Everything was neat and clean except washroom on second building. Roamed around the whole hospital cause had to wait for doctor for 2 hours.

This observation is comparing to sevice & behaviour of 2/3 years ago. I again saying that this is my observation only, somebody may have different observation based on sevice received.

Though a corporate hospital and the consultants are efficient enough there is lack of professionalism among other supporting staffs and those associted with providing clinical and room service. I expect them to improve their quality of service. Otherwise all the hardwork done by the physicians will go in veins.

My nephew was born in this hospital. We did not have a pleasant experience. Ultimately we have to shift the baby to another hospital. The behavior of the staff is okay however, they need to upgrade their service and maintain their lifts properly.

May be they to too good, that's why my all family member always do regular check up or any kind of check up here. Me also came here to for the same reason. Hospital is neat & clean. Dr's took enough time to check their patient. They also provide membership card also. By using that you'll got discount.

The best thing of this hospital is a 24/7 dedicated Labor Room. You dont have to wait in general emergency for you baby delivery. I liked it, you may also love this.

The service of the hospital is good. They maintain the cleanliness and hygiene factors. They use the best and modern medical equipment. They also have a good number of senior consultants. But the service seemed average to me. The canteen inside the hospital serves good and quality food for the visitors. But the hospital charges too high for their services. This is a recommended hospital for upper-class people. But not for a mid-range income group.

The new hospital is a full face medical service of all kinds. The giant building is a modern structure with glass branding in the front. The are enough free space to walk, very clean floor, beautiful interior, enough seating chairs for waiting are nicely arranged on every floor. There four lifts to go to different floors. Like it's outlook the medical service is not the same and price is also very high. Whatever, huge progress needed

This is a top level hospital in Bangladesh. The hospital is very clean and their service are very good. They have very large car parking. Parking fee is 50 taka for car and 20 taka for motor cycle. I feel that the hospital is very expensive. Outside food is not allowed in the hospital. They have single cabin room, single luxury cabin, double shared room. Room rent is very expensive.

My recent experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly compassionate and attentive. From the moment I arrived until my discharge, I felt well taken care of. The facilities were clean, and the medical professionals demonstrated a high level of expertise. Recommend for normal delivery.

It was a very good experience there. Very neat & clean. Fully central AC powered. The temperature is always cold. But understood it's very expensive. You can't enter with any baggage & foods even for the patient. They provide all the necessary things you need inside the premises. One thing felt bad there was no storage available for those who don't know that baggage isn't allowed yet they brought some clothing or food for the patient.

Service is excellent. The doctor is very friendly and helpful. The service of the nurses are also praise worthy. But they should improve their blood bank services. A tendency of not listening to the patients has been observed. I needed to test 2 persons blood but they took sample of 1 person and refused to take another person's blood for which I had to face a lot of trouble. They could have minimized the hassle by simply calling into the labour room. My actual donar was refused by them and my delivery time got postponed for their neglegency. The authority must look into their blood bank Department. Otherwise other patients might also suffer.

Staff behaviour and customer services are too poor. You have to ask for information at least 3 times. They feel too irritated to do their job! Worst experience! Gave this 2 star for the decoration 🙄 This observation is completely from my own experience only. Somebody may have different observations based on the service they have received.

This hospital is non covid hospital. You'll get here proper medical support. In this hospital the doctors are experienced and the stuffs are helpful and humble.

They don't allow food from outside and encourage to use there canteen. I don't know why a hospital Should not allow food from outside and kind of force to Their canteen. The management is kind of monopoly and don't support/cooperate patients and their support! Car parking is so expensive even if your patient are admitted here. When Star Kabab doesn’t take any parking ticket but they charge you high! Staffs' behaviour is so rude and they behave and talk like Govt Hospital. If you have reasonable alternative do think before visiting here!

They have 6 passenger lifts and most of the time 2 lifts remain closed out of 6 that is why patients and attendees need to wait for a long to get one. same situations for ultrasound room. The patient needs to wait at least 2.5 hours. On the other hand, overall service quality is quite impressive.

Highly recommended for expectant mothers and those seeking quality healthcare. But very little of their stuff is unprofessional, once a nurse was gossiping while taking my blood for a test.

Their services are good. Specially delivery services, I did my delivery there recently and all the nurses and doctors are quite experienced. But the problem is, they charge unnecessarily, my baby was admitted in NICU twice. They added 'Dietician charge, service charge' and some other unnecessary charges in the bills, twice. I didn't find any dietician advice, why charge 800 taka for a 15 days old baby's dietician charge? All he had was my breast milk. This is ridiculous. I'll never go there for any other services.

Charge like square or United but service is very poor. Specially the nurses are very much unprofessional. No combination between duty doctors and specialists doctor. By wife gave birth of my daughter there 3 days ago. I will not recommend anyone this hospital.

A neat and clean hospital giving people best treatment facilities. It is expensive but service is good.

They use the best quality endoscopic machine and provide accurate endoscopy reports unlike many other hospitals or diagnostic centres who provide confusing reports sometimes. Overall service including cafeteria are outstanding.
